In this video, I talk about what I've seen, heard, and experienced when it comes to selling kid's books and what's best for that. As I mention in the video, I'm not the biggest expert in the universe on this one, but I know a thing or two! I hope this video is helpful to those of you who are getting into this!

Used every day soft cover childrens books can be a very long tail sell, as there is plenty of cheaper, free postage books available, especially from Abe books. Look for hard cover, 1st editions or signed books. Most importantly, do a sold comp comparsion before buying. If at an auction, don't get caught up in a bidding war, where FOMO takes over unless you plan on buying the book for your own collection. Also, just because a book is old, doesn't mean it will have resale value.

Good information. Thanks. You're convincing me to try selling my books on Ebay. I have a lot to get rid of. Just a little nervous to start doing it. I don't have the best computer skills. 😀

Good to hear! Hope you see tons of success there. :) It can be a bit hard to get into, for sure, but I think eBay is one of the easier platforms to get started on for folks from all walks of techyness. :) There's lots of more techy stuff you can get into that'll help later on, but tons of people get by with less and easier stuff. Hope that helps!
