In this video, I’m going to provide an in-depth guide on how you can achieve a Greek soldier-like physique. A Greek-soldier aesthetic look is lean, muscular, and has a balanced build without a single muscle group looking disproportionate compared to others. The ultimate aesthetic build.

Sub 7% body fat is too low to live with long term and actually unhealthy. 10-15 is a nice place to be for aesthetics and overall health.

Which of these exercises were actually used by ancient Greek athletes? :) How many of these devices existed then?

you don't need to be 7% to have this physique, you need to be about 12-13% with a good amount of muscle

Depends on genetics and where you hold your body fat.

trust me I have seen many "genetics" where fat is predisposed around the mid section and love handles but anytime you get close to 10% ish you will lose the fat in those areas@@topmp362

you can achieve the look of an ancient greek soldier, however very few westerners can achieve the heroism. Pumping steroids and proteins and listening to motivational podcasts doesn’t transform Ephialtes into the great Leonidas

"The biceps are the biggest contributor to overall arm aesthetics. Not that the triceps aren't just as important" Well which is it? Are biceps most important of all; or are biceps and triceps both equal in importance for arm aesthetics? Can't have your cake and eat it too.

You realize your video is very clearly advising people should lose bodyfat until they get to their goal and only the afterwards start weight training, correct? The wording on that really needs to be changed or if you really believe that then you should not be making fitness videos.

This is one of the worst AI generated videos I’ve watched. 4% to 18% range!?? It’s very unlikely that a naturally trained genetic specimen male would be able to achieve 4% body fat, below 10% it’s already Difficult enough to maintain year-round. The entire spectrum within that range produces radically different looks, and none of them have to do with Greek soldier, aesthetics, single digit body, fat levels, make activity not sustainable for very long period, just like 18% body fat is simply way too much or unlikely for a Greek soldier to be aesthetic in. Too generic, completely unspecific👎

Yeah ~10% body fat is good enough (under 10% is extremely hard to achieve). Be very diciplined 95% of the time and share a bottle of win with your girlfriend or a beer with your pal's the other 5%
