His whole deal about him wanting to take over Dreamland is exclusively because everyone has become lazy, and he feels he needs to take charge to make people not lazy, especially since they rely on only Kirby to protect them. He’s hardly even a bad guy; he’s just a round Batman.

This feels a bit like capitalism. General Electric makes washing machines, but they don't ONLY make washing machines, they also make military weaponry, trains, etc. They're also not the only ones that make military weaponry (Raytheon, KMW, etc), washing machines (Siemens, Zanussi, etc) or trains (Hyundai, Metropolitan-Vickers, etc). Meta Knight and Kirby are two of a endangered species of alien and Kirby is a baby. and there was a war that Meta Knight was a part of and he saw that all of his friends died. so yes Meta Knight does have a dark backstory. *This is a highly summarized version of what happened*

As a person who seen the show, I’m gonna stick with the fact that he’s a veteran. Makes his whole militaristic vibe and push for dreamland to be less lazy more believable.

Kirby's lore is just wild

OK I knew Kirby was an infant god, but Meta Knight being an adult of the same species and tryna be a good mentor and responsible by hiding n shiz? That was new to me! But I believe it! XD

@@86fifty I mean Kirby is one of those games where you have to read what little lore you have and then interpret the rest so honestly it does make sense that meta knight is a similar species to kirby with a much more specialized skill set.

If I remember correctly, Kirby isn't specifically an infant God, but rather a reborn one. So while it is possible that Kirby's species is that of a god, It's also possible that Kirby's species is a relatively normal one, albeit rare since we've only seen Kiry and Meta Knight (though Meta Knight hasn't been explicitly said to be from Kirby's race to my knowledge, but he looks exactly like Kirby under the mask so it might as well be confirmed), and Kirby is an outlier in terms of strength due to his previous God status as Void Termina. Remember that Meta Knight has been training as a swordsman for who knows how long, and yet Kirby who has had none of that training and prefers to sleep and eat all day, has been able to beat Meta Knight in battle every time they fought. As for Kirby being a reincarnation, reincarnation doesnt always have to mean being reincarnated as the same species. Though I don't remember the specifics of how the reincarnation works, I just remember it as Void Termina + Positive Emotions = Kirby, and Void Termina + Negative Emotions = Dark Matter (also due to the amount of time since I reviewed this information there MAY accidentally be some fanon mixed in there on the Dark Matter part? Just take this all with a grain of salt) Not to mention that Meta Knight being of Kirby's species was established in the first or second game, WAAAAY before Star Allies canonized Kirby's God status, and by proxy Meta Knight's, so there may be some asterisks there. Not to mention that Kirby's always been fighting God-like figures, while Meta Knight has only done so... once maybe against Magolor? And this was as an appearence as a character in multiplayer mode so it's unclear how canon that exactly is, unless RtD Deluxe added something in Magolor Epilouge, I haven't gotten around to playing that yet. All of this to say while Meta Knight may very well have some kind of history with Gods and the like, but there is equal chance that he's just an edgy theater kid.

Feyja has no claim over the dead, *maybe* she has a claim over warrior souls but ruling over them isn't part of her dominion, afaik. Though, who knows, it might be. Being a goddess of Beauty and War is actually somewhat common in mythology? Sparta worshipped Aphrodite as a war goddess, and Ishtar of babilonian fame was also a goddess of Beauty, Fertility and War.

It's two different job descriptions. We don''t really know if she was worshipped as a death goddess, what we know of her is that she took souls to train them for battle, which may be an important distinction

Guys. We have EXTREMELY little knowledge of what the fuck any of the Norse gods actually did. Unlike the Greek and Romans, Scandinavians didn't really believe in writing shit down. Their writing was essentially twitter posts that had to be carved into solid stone, they didn't waste that kind of effort on deity lore. Almost everything we know about Norse god was written down by and for *Christians.* We have Christian fanfics about the Norse gods. The original canon can be perceived, but we can never be 100% sure of what it really looked like.

He's blue, he's just dressing to match it and it's beautiful. It's like if someone with brown hair and dark skin decided to just dress like a forest dryad the whole way 'cause it matches their body colors and I love it
