One People, One Planet, One Love

Hey brother. I'm currently in the darkest phase of my spiritual path, and this offered some peace and clarity in my journey. Love and light - thank you.

There are so many levels to existence. The highest level I found in meditation was the Nothing that holds Everything. While there I received Divine Guidance to think of cold and as soon as I did I was pulled from this zero point into the essence of cold. I also felt the counter balance of warm pull away from me in the opposite direction behind me. I did this with several opposites. Even with bliss I pulled out. Bliss! I didn’t expect that. I had thought that bliss was the highest state, but this higher state can’t be defined or named. In doing so, it pulls away from the truth. I sat in a restaurant once and watched a toddler interact with her great grandfather. Then suddenly I saw it divinely. I saw the consciousness in the all interacting with itself. It was experiencing it as the toddler and as the granddad. Then I realized…..as the spectator (me). 🤯😮😊

Hi Ben, I completely understand that feeling and kind of amazement and joy when you experience something so very simple but also "mind blowing" at the same time. Forgive me if this becomes a long comment. In 2017 I had been on my spiritual quest for want of a better name for about 12 months. I had come to realize and understand that everything was the Divine or God or Source or The All etc and so on, after 47 years of knowing deep down inside of me that there was more to life than my 9 to 5, tv, 2.4 kids and 2 weeks in Spain every summer. I had started to read things such as the Bhagavad Gita, listen to Alan Watts and watch videos on youtube about Eastern Deitys and so on. One night I lay on my bed before sleep contemplating about how we are all connected. It started to kind of wash over me like a warm glow of knowing and understanding, a strange description, I know but I felt complete protection and contentment, nothing could harm me. It occurred to me that if we are all connected then that meant we were all one big thing.... obvious now, I know. It then followed and became understood to me that any judgement or opinion I had about another person was a ridiculous notion because that meant I was actually judging myself. That equated to me being no better or inferior than the smallest being or insect through to the most vast star system or galaxy....it became so profound yet so over whelmingly simple. I felt tears of complete joy streaming down my face whilst I started laughing uncontrollably, saying theres nothing to worry about, nothing to fear, its all as it should be! It sounds quite bizarre in the cold light of day but I have yearned for that feeling of complete contentment and joy ever since and words don't really describe the over whelming experience of it all. Anyway, thanks as always Ben for you, your channel and our community, love and light to us all 🙏

Wonderful message. I had a similar experience but I don't want to talk about that. What I do want to say is that when everyone comes to that realization, then we will have truly ascended as the Creator has planned for us. It will happen. Beautifully put. In 2003 my friend and I just finished making music and we were on a high after we finished. We sat in the back yard and then the booth of us saw everything around us glowing like it had a soul. In a split second we were both inside the house looking at ourselves outside. In that moment we got tripped out and immediately went back into our bodies. Long story short, I felt like everything has a soul but what you’re saying makes sense as if I was just connecting to oneness. Thank you for spreading this message.

Hi, coming out of a ROUGH dark night of the soul, this message helped a lot. You reminded me that because it’s all one the love that I feel within has to be without, the safety I give to others has to be external also, even if not every scenario feels that way it still has to be out there. Your message has actually helped me feel so much safer just by remembering that it’s all me, so even if I’m experiencing a lot of external scenarios that are challenging, it’s is not all that exists. There are no limits to how the divine can reach me because it is all me 🕉️ thank you

Neale Donald Walsch (Convsersations with God) says that if you want to be loved then love another, if you want to have success help someone else be successful, if you want abundance help someone else be abundant. In helping someone else you are in actual fact just helping you! There is only ONE person in the room! Makes so much sense to me. Thank you Ben. You are saying the same thing but just using different words!

I think that we all think we are the center of the universe So in that respect you are Me and I am you. 🙂

I agree with you. We are an aspect of God/the Divine and God/the Divine is All That Is. It's so illuminating when knowledge becomes wisdom.

We can understand something mentally, through the heart, through the gut or through all of it, through the whole being.

Yeah. So weird when you actually know it. And then also, it sort of paradoxically makes you feel like your own uniqueness is important too because everyone else is already doing what they’re doing for the all and that’s why it’s important to do you.

This brought to mind a quote from The Law of One The Ra Material: "The Teachings of Ra will not change: Each moment contains love. The Universe is one Being. When you view another, see the Creator. Gaze within a mirror. See the Creator. Gaze at the Creation which lies about the mind/body/spirit of each entity. See the Creator. The best way of service to others is to open the Self to others without hesitation and radiate that which is the essence, or the heart. Become aware of the other as being the same as yourself. Accept all experiences, distilling from them the Light/Love within them. That which is not needed falls away. The offering of Self to the Creator is the greatest service.

As I heard these words I looked around my home and got goosebumps knowing that it is all a version of me… then it hit me that meal time with Zeus is also a version of me… and as I thought for a second “ha! I don’t like that version of me”, it hit me just as fast : that version of me is anxious and scared that “I” will be deprived of an essential need… my heart just cracked open for the little man… 😫💔😫

Thanks ! :-) The old Hindu saying "Tat Tvam Asi" = "That Is Me" , means exactly what you talk about. And as trained medium (english tradition) I can only confirm, seeing colors, faces, shapes etc. is quase normal when entering different states of consciousness, via meditating e.g. Entering 4 D you perceive more of the "unseen". I understand that judgement's fruit includes illusions and separation. I understand that all comes from the Ever Existing One.

I would LOVE you to do a video about the difference between our brain and consciousness as you believe or experience . I am 57 yo and until I was put into the position to choose the higher self path or despair and continued pain, I was always connecting to my “logical” brain, although I am more creative than logical by instinct, I relied on building logical thinking to deal with many aspects life . Now that I am very much practicing increases spirituality and growth, the difference between brain and conscious self is a place I still get caught up in. It’s quite frustrating bc I end up logically analyzing those things I know on a soul level, until I doubt them. It is probably bc you started serious training so young, whatever reason, you have a very clear way of expressing Concepts that are not with the dogmatic and structured world we live in on this plane of being Again, if you happen to actually see this comment. The difference between brain and mind would be an awesome topic

Therefore if you have any encouragement from being united with Christ, if any comfort from his love, if any common sharing in the Spirit, if any tenderness and compassion, then make my joy complete by being like-minded, having the same love, being one in spirit and of one mind. 🙏✝

I highly recommend Walter Russell's book The Universal One, it really goes into detail about what you're talking about in this video with science and physics but essentially yes you're absolutely right there is only One Mind, One Force, One Light. And not only that but everything in the perceived universe is made of this ultimate light. Dr. Walter explains Polarity, Vortexes, and various topics with a deep understanding of it which points to this ultimate characterization of existence. The conclusion at the end of the book may be easier to digest than the entire book but yes it so. What a joy to have experienced this, isn't it? Thanks for sharing such a deep insight Ben!

“The deepening of that knowing” thank you for sharing that there’s levels to and in everything🤍

The way that it really hit me was when I go out on my walks. Sometimes I read. Sometimes I walk with my earbuds in with nothing playing. Listening to my own breathing as I take in the world around me. I stopped labeling the things I saw by the names I was taught. No longer is it "Bird", "Tree", "Squirrel", "Grass", etc... I started calling everything "Life." I don't KNOW that is a tree. I believe it is. I KNOW that is life tho. I consider God and Life to be synonymous. God = Life. So as I walk, I get to marvel at all the ways that God shows up in my life. I also consider God and Existence itself to be one in the same. Which covers everything. Lol. So the road, the sky, the Sun, the clouds. Me... My clothing... The phone I hold in my hands now... All God. ☺️ It's all me. It's all us. Creation is one entity, and all the individuated parts were designed to serve one another. Everything helps us know ourselves in relation to it. And that is pretty cool. Just make it a loving relationship.

To know something, and to experience something, is totally different. I find I experience pieces of truth, love, the Divine, happen in degrees, and according to my availabililty, which means getting out of the mind/knowing and into my Heart/experiencing. Everything is a mirror to our soul. Life is a journey of leading us back to ourselves.

It is always an exhilarating experience to find a deeper level of understanding of a truth. Thank you so much for sharing your experience with us. Sometimes words simply aren't adequate to express these truths.

This is a great video in the depth of the meaning . Having said that, why does this concept sort of terrify me ? lol no actually I'm pretty sure I know why, it’s bc i am seeing it all in the context of us being so individualized and so socialized within our physical body and society, that when I think about it it takes me to an image of some kind of great empty being alone experience for the rest of eternity.

Dear Ben, Namaskaram, There is no answer to any question (you could think of) that isn’t part of you (all of us) yet. We, all of us, contain everything. We are able to experience around ourselves anything, because we recognize part of ourselves in everything. As you said, we see ourselves in everything and everybody. In every form, colour, shape, sound…. I discover another part of me in a lower vibration. Better said: my mirror image. It’s a wonderful way to conduct a life like this and is almost ecstatic to understand what is happening to us. It makes me cry so many times, when I talk to people, animals…. It is also the doorway to unconditional love. I don’t like the use of “higher” when we talk about consciousness. I’m not higher than anyone else. It’s simply, that your reverberation is again a bit higher, so that you are aware of the self a little more. I’m glad for you. I like your videos!

Belief vs knowing vs embodiment

The realisations keep deepening. My oneness experience was with a tree that called me from a considerable distance to the forrest. I had no trouble finding it, as I only had eyes for this one tree amongst the many. A brief experience because of interruption but amazing. I was a part of everything beneath the surface of the earth. Just a personality observing. ❤

Just found this channel and yourself this morning, its funny how often things come along at the right moment. Currently experience a few up/downloads, exciting times ahead i think. I once really dropped deep into a meditation, it was a dr joe and gudied, having to visualise the room i was in, somehow i bi located, i understood i was sitting on the floor with my eyes closed and yet some part of me floated around my room and out of the window, looking around at my street, the grass banking, the steps, the drain hanging off my roof, the gate, the side garden, and for a breif momment, fleetingly, i had this enourmous understanding and feelig and awareness that everything is everything and all is one, i am the gate and grass and the car and road and the cloud and flowers and trees. It was instantaneous and then instantaneously gone. I'd heared testimonies of others coming to the place, and it wasnt something I actively looked for in meditation other than wishing to experience the mystical maybe. But sweet baby potatoes it was a little slip into bliss. I hear you bro, keep up the good work. The Worlds changing ❤n

I had one of those divine insights the other day while working out, suddenly this thought popped up in my mind: “You’re not experiencing life, you’re experiencing yourself” And i was like, bruuuh, thanks for sharing 😂🤯

Hi Ben. I am brand new to your channel (tonight, the 24th of May). I know exactly what you are talking about re a “deeper knowing!” I’ve had numerous experiences of “knowing.” It is a random event with me, but has happened more frequently since I’ve started meditating. Every time it happens to me, it is to do with someone/something specific, and it always comes right before the “thing” happens, or at same time! I simply call them “downloads,” as this is the best I can think of to describe it-There aren’t any voices in my head…It’s like a packet of “information” downloaded all at once. Every single download I have had, has come to pass! Great channel! 🙏🇨🇦

You're right Ben but I wouldn't use the word "me." Substitute "we" as in through meditation we are realizing our ONENESS with Source/God/Creator who is LOVE.💚🙏
