Today I am showing the best and easiest way that I have found to make fresh home grown and canned tomato juice.
I am showing step by step in my processing method.
Per quart jar:
Hot freshly made tomato juice
1 TSP Canning salt
2 TBSP lemon juice
I process these jars for 30 minutes.
