Thank you for this! I tried intermittent fasting and lost 36 pounds doing it. I got back to my high school weight but know I am plateauing with it. I will try this now.

Thank you for showing up on my feed at this time. Because of health issues I haven't been able to IF, but now that I'm feeling better I want to try your method to see if I can fast for 24 hours and lose the extra 10 lbs I shouldn't have.

Quicky and graciously because I virtually have no money at this time. I go to everything I can that's free excess to me to try to follow you. I tell everyone I know your story and share I can because the sick care system has got to go. Keep the crisis part of the system. It is a God sent, beautiful, life saving system. It really work! It decreases your appetite, takes away your sugar/carb cravings. It’s a lot easier to do than any diet. Rule one no snacks in between. Start with a minimum of 12 hours fast (including sleep time). Use Apple cider vinegar, with lemon, and sugar free electrolytes (you can also make your own). Drink it and or tea at the time you would normally eat. I promise it gets easier and you feel so good at about the 24-26 hour mark.

This really works done it. Try apple cider vinegar. I take mine in morning but will shake it up and skip day or at night or 2xa day. Just like the eating

I intermittent fast 6 days per week 18/6 no food in between. I eat breakfast at 8:30 am and eat my second meal at 3:30 pm , no food after that until 8:30 am. It works for Mr. At my ideal weight since one year and feeling the Best I ever have.

I did intermittent fasting a few years ago and it worked really well and I lost around 20 pounds with no real effort because I've never been a breakfast eater. But then it stopped working even though I still rarely eat breakfast so I want to try this. The hard part will be eating 3 meals but I think this is what my body needs.

I got to tell you about two months ago I received a high calcium score. I wanted to make a change so I ordered your free book and paid for the shipping. That was about 3 weeks ago. Still no book. I can't tell you how disappointed I am that I've not received it. I assume at this point I'll never receive it. You seemed so legit and honest. What a shame........

can you take apple cider vinegar pills with other vitamins, I.E. fish oil, daily vitamin, Vitamin E, Vitamin K, Chromium Picolinate, Magnesium ? Grapefuit Extract probiotic, benefiber probiotic ?

THIS IS ONLY A SUGGESTION THAT HAS BEEN WORKING FOR ME. CONSULT YOUR DOCTOR/NUTRITIONIST. My Fasting Routine : Make sure you are active for a minimum of 15 minutes DAILY. Depending on your fitness level, you can add more time. It can be light workout, a walk, cardio, etc. LISTEN TO YOUR BODY. IF YOU ARE SORE, REST. DON'T STRESS YOUR BODY BEYOND YOUR NATURAL LIMITS. DO NOT EAT IF YOU ARE HUNGRY RIGHT AWAY. WAIT FOR YOUR BODY TO ADJUST. DRINK ELECTROLYTE WATER / COFFEE WITHOUT SUGAR / TEA, THEN ANALYZE YOUR HUNGER PAINS. INCREASE YOUR MAGNESIUM INTAKE WITH SUPPLEMENTS AND TRACE MINERALS. IF YOU ARE RAVENOUSLY HUNGRY HAVE A LOW GLYCEMIC SNACK, PROTEIN PREFERABLY. GO TO BED 15-30 MINUTES EARLIER THAN NORMAL. STAY AWAY FROM ELECTRONICS PRODUCING BLUE LIGHT. ALL MEALS MUST CONTAIN A CLEAN PROTEIN SOURCE AND LOW CARBS DEPENDING ON YOUR BODY WEIGHT. DON'T BE AFRAID OF NATURAL SOURCES OF FAT.
