I found your channel because of the knife videos during a time when I was devouring all the knife content I could. But after feeling like I was watching too many knife videos, I unsubscribed from 90% of those channels- but didn't even consider unsubscribing from yours. I think you're a marvelous visual storyteller, and I watch all the videos because they are like beautifully done short stories.

I found your channel because of one of your knife videos. I follow several knife guys.... Then, I instantly picked up on your videoing skills. This was sometime last year when I purchased my first camera. I had already been flying drones for about 5 years, so everything I watched of yours was interesting to me... And, because I lived on farms up until the age of 15, I was intrigued with all of your content as a whole! I must say though, I think it was your sense of humor that kept me coming back... So I believe whatever you do, you will be successful at it. Heck, you may want to have more than one channel.... Look at “Camera Conspiracies”. Your channel started for me because of knives; however I am a huge fan of your way of life and ability to tell a story. For this I have subscribed. I love the country way of life and will watch your episodes even if not knife focused. I’ve noticed that knife channels lack how people use knives in their everyday life. A video doesn’t have to be solely on a knife. Just have one clip of you using it for a simple or difficult task. It’s like a small cameo appearance in your episodes. Like the part of one of your episodes where you cut the wrap off of your straw for the water buffaloes. Perhaps a shot cutting the wire in your new house rehab. The focus can always be on what ever your video is about but just a shot of you using your knife. Subtle. I love your camera, editing and story telling abilities. Whatever you produce will be good. The first video I watched was EDC elbow. I love your personality and sense of humor. I also love the variety that you bring. One part of my family owned a dairy farm for almost 200 years. I loved spending my summers there when I was a kid. I always enjoy rural areas, that is real community living. Cities are for business and people concerned about material things. Keep doing you. You make me want to visit Norway. Edit- If your dogs didn't lick me on arrival, I would be offended. Dogs are amazing at immediately judging a person's character. I dumped a woman I started dating because my dog would not go near her.

Your new entrance is looking fantastic. I would think just keep making videos of your farm, as long as you enjoy it. Gardening would be very great, I had a garden since I was young. and I just learned how to can tomatoes. It's not that hard just put seeds in the soil and water them, if not much rain.

I really pay attention as I know that you’re out there actually USING your stuff daily, thus making your reviews hold a lot more weight in my eyes. If I’m in the market for something you review, chances are, it will be the first product I google when the video ends

For what it’s worth, I subscribed for the “farmer”. The knife videos are interesting, but the whole EDC thing is way overdone and there is enough of that content out there. Keep up the farm/homestead content - that’s what makes you unique.
