Let me repeat that again. Haiti does not need an invading foreign force. Haiti needs a well-equipped army. No country in the world can ensure its security and that of its population without a well-equipped army. I want to know why the United States continues to talk about supporting the Haitian police, which is a good thing, but is hell-bent against equipping the Haitian army to secure the borders, customs, waterways and the airports. What is behind this refusal? The foreign force will one day have to leave, but the local Haitian army will remain to provide security.

My guess is that empowering the Haitian military when there isn't a functioning government in Haiti (no commander in chief) could lead to a military dictatorship. This has happened in when the U.S. supported military leaders in other countries facing similar circumstances.

The time line goes back to when haiti defeats France in its war of independence. The France and the US put embargo on Haiti, forcing Haiti to pay France billions over the years. The US take Haiti gold and stores it at what is now citi bank.

U.S ,U.K ,FRANCE ,GERMANY among other supper nations have focused their attention to Ukraine-Russia, and Israel-Hamas war forgetting the people of Haiti living the same continent ,is it because Haitian are blacks?

Most Israelis are not white, they are Middle Eastern and Black. Haiti has been helped out of a mess many times before and it never works. Kenyans don't want to send their children to fight in Haiti either.....are they not sending help because Haitians are Black or are you just assuming that only majority White countries have the responsibility to fix this and risk their children? That's pretty racist.

Most Israelis are not White, they are Middle Eastern and also Black. Why don't Kenyans want to send their children to Haiti to fight? Is it because Haitians are Black or because they know this is a lose-lose situation. Haiti has been helped many times before and it never seems to work out. Also, Haiti isn't in any of those countries continent. It's an island in a hemisphere. Ask the Dominican Republic to send their children to fix this....they are right next door. Except... The Dominican Republic is building a wall on the border to keep this chaos from infiltrating into their country. Maybe they know something.
