This guy proposed 10,000 thousand Naira per month in order to pay back 600,000 thousand Naira. Which means he will pay back in 5 years. People are very wicked in this life. I don't want to finish watching before I give my own judgement. For me, so long as he said that I will ask him if he will allow someone to pay him 10k per month for 5 years and hear what his reply will be. If he murmured in his answer, then he will have no option than to pay that money in 2 weeks. He's a wicked human being.

I was reading the comments and no one mentioned that the guy is using an iPhone 11 pro mayb even pro Max, that is worth a little over half the money his owing her or mayb a little less, the guy is not ready to pay..sell the phone and buy Nokia 3310 for all I care. You shouldn't conveniently inconvenience people.

Some of the outstanding questions the judge did not ask, first the defendant should prove that he is working in that investment company as he claims,secondly: he should provide a prove that his current salary is fifty thousand Naira only,and lastly: he should provide his up to date bank statement of account sign and seal by his bank and should be sent by currier to the court. What is his relationship with the plaintiff aunty? How long he has known her? How did he met her in the first place? Those questions could have brought more light to the case .
