There’s a lot of wisdom in that short video it’s well done

I'm so handsomes 👍👍 😁 Eh. At the end of the day, it's night time. Don't count your chickens before they hatch. Just do as you're told and all that jazz. What interests me is mistaken characteristics, such as mistaking arrogance and/or assertiveness for confidence, or becoming over confident which results in defensiveness. As well the behaviour or quality of pulling a confident, assertive person down. There are so many instances of this. Also, interestingly is how people deal with uncertainty, particularly with respect to personal knowledge gaps. It has happened to me strikingly where people know things but fail to apply it. When I come along and assert myself, they are taken aback; generally exposing their lack of self confidence and assertiveness. In any event, people are people, most don't even know how to or are too afraid to assert themselves 👍👍👍
