There are some A2/A2 only cow milks out there as well. I notice a big difference between the regular cow milk and the A2 only stuff. A2 only cow milk, goat, buffalo, and sheep milk do not cause a mucous forming reaction in me at all. But regular cow milk makes it seem like I just got a bad cold or flu of some kind, and for the next couple days after ingesting it, I'm sneezing my head off and hawking up loogies. Literally just a half a glass of regular cow milk can do this to me, or a bit of the more mild and less cultured cheeses (the worst are things mozzarella) But yeah, I'm glad you mentioned this issue. It is not talked about enough.

Keep up the content with animal based/carnivorish diets and people :) super interesting and im super happy youre finally speaking about it and sharing that it can be super beneficial, if not one of the most beneficial ways of eating in general.

Is conjugated linoleic acid the same as linoleic acid? as Paul saladino says how bad linoleic acid is.
@endonyxoneaudio86442 жыл бұрын
Not specifically, the "bad" linoleic acid which is referenced is usually vegetable oils (like sunflower oil) with very high levels of (easy to go rancid) omega 6 levels. CLA exists in both plant form and animal sourced form. I'd go for the animal form if given the choice.

The "Liver King" is likely to have a short life. It's likely he's taking lots of "extra vitamins" which will make matters worse.

Organ meats spike uric acid which is bad and contributes to insulin resistance. I started eating liver (love chicken livers) a few weeks ago after hearing about how nutrient dense liver is. But yesterday I heard Dr. Perlmutter talk about the dangers of uric acid in the body. Now what?

Thanks for your knowledge and wisdom Thomas. Helping keep us on the straight line of truth and the latest information. I can only say one thing based 100% on experience. After hunting season, I ate our ground moose (processed by me) mixed with some herbs, garlic and lemon juice (antibacterial and fiber) 1st time with the meat alone, second time with two raw eggs on top (like steak tar tar). I can report, the following day, I don’t remember the last time I felt so much energy, clear, focused and alert. It even had an effect on my mood (much more stable and balanced). They say that it leads to heart problems and other. It is my opinion that that only happens when we mix it with to much carbs, sugars and other inflammatory foods. Many have followed a clean meat diet for years and are very healthy. Just my own experience.

I love kimchi, but the sad thing is it's best eaten with rice.
@christopherellis26632 жыл бұрын
But what kind of rice? Let it chill in the fridge overnight, after cooking, then reheat and eat. This changes the carb structure.

@Thomas DeLauer No, you were good. I was just messing with you. I'll admit he's a bit much but your totally right there is some good things that can be taken away from his info.
