Catching up on my SLM video watching. I look at my social media metrics and my email marketing metrics every month for a report that ultimately goes to our trustees. I need to prioritize our website metrics and wrap my head around Google Analytics, determine if all these QR codes we're putting on everything are effective. Overall our numbers are up - door count, circ, etc. - and it would be amazing to be able to attribute some of that to the work I'm putting in. Thank you for the pep talk!

I am struggling to learn how to do metrics, and which ones to start with. Recommendations? I watch different videos and tutorials but piecing together what will work for me is very difficult.
