I recently decided to refer to IBS as "Epilepsy of the Digestive System" because, it needs the same thing Epilepsy needs, ie., manipulation of the vagus nerve.

Is it normal to burp lol? I do that alot with vagus nerve excercises, as well as other fascial maneuvers.
