It’s the people at the top who are obsessed with putting together a group that will achieve BTS accomplishments. They want the money that comes with it. I feel bad for the idols being pushed to achieve the same level of popularity because it won’t happen and they are setting them up to fail.

South Korea Entertainment Industry number one priority is beauty and talent is not on their list as priority like America. The difference between South Korea Entertainment Industry and America Entertainment Industry is not the same. Example is Lizzol doesn't fit in the South Korea Entertainment Industry no matter how talented she is. But in America Entertainment Industry her talent became priority and not her size or weight. J-Hope was rejected because he didn't fit the South Korea beauty standard, RM was never accepted because he didn't fit the south Korea beauty standard, the same as Suga and Jimmin . They did not meet the beauty standard of Kpop, therefore, they were over looked in these agencies. Bang PD mind was out of the kpop norm and he thought like a business man and like American Entertainment Industry. He saw talent and that is what he was looking for not looks cause looks can be bought by plastic surgery. You can not buy talent but you can help someone who has a potential, that means there is something unique in that person that will make you to pick them. By doing so, you can help the person to bring out the potential you saw which is their talent. Suga and RM already had potentials including the rest of them and Bang PD didn't mind working with them. He made their talents to shine without over shadowing the artists. Bang PD confidence in those 7 boys was strong enough that he didn't limit them either and all they needed was direction. i think it is way more easy for an kpop act to have a stadium tour or concert in the future. i mean even before BTS arena shows sold out quick for any act and now the kpop marked has become more popular and people want to see them dance it´s a show not only a concert thats why. so i wont be surprised if more groups do a stadium tour. but it was more amazing for BTS at that time, they had no competition and they have sold more than any other artist according to fpi or what it´s called. and that is the real numbers you need to look at when they are trying to compare. not that you should. i dont see any group even close to the amount of streams and overall sales. a nr one on billboard 200 has become easy for a korean group. all thanks to BTS for paving the way

We know that bts are non replicate, no group is, but it's sad when the ceos or who ever is obsessed with thus idea , instead of caring about their artists within their original groups as they should they force them to compete others who happen to be their friends . I think I read before that the singers in the avengers as they're called weren't happy about this idea, and they're right, they already have their group beside their solos, why waste time forming an odd mix of group. That all takes time and they were given that time. They did it slowly they learnt to walk before they ran. You can not rush these things there is no quick route but these other companies are always looking for the 'quick route'. Another issue is that of BTS had/has more control over what they do more freedom to make the music they want to make while CEO's of the big 3 want to control every aspect and when a group writes something if the CEO doesn't want it's group to use it it's binned. They want all the control and don't recognise their own groups talents.

I would say it is not about to preach that BTS are the best in every fields it would not be objective because art is subjective it is not like 1+1=2 I think through this video it is sad for other artists to see how people (labels, media...) try so hard to compare them to BTS and just wanting to make money ( it feels the same to me when within familly you see the parents trying to always compare their children achievements or behavior together ).
