Women are told all the time that hormone imbalances dont exist. I wrote THE HORMONE BALANCE BIBLE because this narrative is wrong and after sitting with 50,000 women I am here to report the numer 1 issue I see in women across the board for the board for hormones and this hormonal deficiency cause: fatifue, decreased drive and motivation, hair thinning, decreased desire and simply makes you feel "meh"

To quote my doctor from my appointment this last Friday low testosterone is normal. He prescribed me an antidepressant LOL. Need a new doctor. I live in Vancouver BC Canada ❤️ 🇨🇦. Thank you for this post. The information is very helpful.

Same here in Australia. Several doctors have refused to consider my testosterone levels regardless of the numerous studies I have cited over the past 12 years. Bloody ridiculous!!!!!!!!

Same here in Germany. I am currently consulting the 4th doctor for testosterone, but I will not give up and get my natural testosterone back!!!!!

I'm 48 I went through early menopause at 40. I had all the symptoms of low T for YEARS. I finally got tested and I have negative T levels. I stared dhea, took too much 25mg and my T went to 52 but my dhea showed 262.4 so I'm confused and going back to the Dr. I've switched down to 15 mg of micronized dhea . But I am feeling MUCH better. Affected every aspect of my life. Last 8 years have been miserable. I have a long way to go. I read your book👍

In Australia we have a TGA approved (equivalent to FDA) transdermal testosterone called Androfemme.

Totally !! Since being on testosterone i rarely need a siesta , before testosterone i needed a daily nap !! Started to build muscle finally and got my sex life back 👏.

My obgyn prescribed me mens androgel and i take one half pump a day and feel absolutely amazing! My libido is back ...desire , arousal, orgasm! Im a healthy fit 54 year old! Women need this! Compounded did not work for me.

Your OBGYN needs to learn more. A half pump if that’s possible is still 10mg of testosterone per day which is 5 x what I normally start women at so I’d been concerned levels are too high

Sounds like me. I started taking HRT I asked for DHEA but I am starting low dose on everything. Not feeling well. Very emotional, depressed, sleepy. Oh my!! Thank you Doc. Dhea, 5 mg capsules. ❤

This is very interesting, thank you! I use testo gel and because I cannot tolerate bioidentical progesterone at all, I must take a synthetic progesterone (antiandrogene) to protect my uterus. I’m wondering if that makes my SHGB go high, and lower the availability of my free testosterone. Greetings from Germany ❤

I'm a little confused since in most places, the normal range of testosterone for women of any age is between 50-70 ng/dl, are there different measurements?

Thank you so very much for another very informative video. 48 years old here, good levels of oestrogen and progesterone, only low testosterone. Is it ok to only supplement with testosterone cream please (topical Abdromme) ? Many thanks ☺️
