I struggle with weight loss and I am doing everything right: exercising regularly, eating healthy, etc: it’s so frustrating! I am taking HTR for almost three years now, but my doctor never checked my hormone levels; I didn’t even know that I had to! I love all your videos and information! Thank you!

Yes, Dr Tyna is saying micro dose Sema~!! like 10 mgs for other health benefits. Question, I started getting interstitial cystitis peri meno, then it hit me hard as I went full menopause. I keep asking the doctors if it could be hormone related. They said no. I also asked for an estradiol combined with testosterone cream to help symptoms, because of receptors down there, but no~! they won't. give to me,....Thoughts??
