Most Filipinos Philippine Island for us is a paradise. There's a lot beautiful places, you can feel fresh air in province. Good bonding w/ Locals and many Good Stuff that really blown Ur mind that our scenery is Truly Amazing. . . A friendly Country in Asia. . . Beautiful country and enchanting island. This place is a postcard piece: blue ocean beyond, white sand beach, countless coconut trees and well-tended Bermuda grass. Story reads very well for her age.. amazing! when i was in Kindergarten.. decades ago 😅. out english books were published in London.. i grew ip in PI so our English during elementary years was different we use trousers instead of pants, we used a u for color or favourite, centre instead of center, etc. diddnt know i was learning a different form of english spelling 😮 but in the end... its still helpful... take care enjoy PI hugs to Puppy and to you both.

Dapa is the main town of Siargao where Port is located. General Luna is just a main tourist hub of the Island.

Story is a great storyteller and writer too. She could publish children's books and academic books before reaching the 2 digits age since she's becoming a genius and current technology is well suited for it.

As public school teachers for years... my husband and I are now retired & just love the freedom Story has to learn .... & enjoy her environment ,! She is years ahead of most of the students on her grade level if she were attending a public school ....

I realize that in Siargao, four of the towns out of nine has radio stations. All in FM. Unfortunately, they don't reach another town which is disappointing. In General Luna, it's Nico's FM but the playlist are like love songs most of the day and hip-hop/dance music at night. Disappointed to the fact they sign off at 10 pm. In Dapa, it's Radyo Kidlat owned by the electric cooperative. In Socorro where Sohoton is located, it's Mix FM and Alt FM. In Del Carmen, it's Radyo Kabakhawan. TV wise, it's a fringe area. Need a satellite TV. Internet? Starlink is better.

"Dog" is "Aso" in Filipino. And "ASPIN" is short for "ASong PINoy" which means Filipino Dog. So, saying "Filipino Aspin" is a bit redundant. They used to be called "Askal" - short for "ASong KALye" which means Street Dog.

Story will experience culture shock when she goes back to the UK with this trans people situation. One bathroom for all genders. In Siargao she is very much cultured in a conservative environment which a very good start ing point as she is growing up. At least her foundation is very conservative, which allows her to set a bar when she deals and exposed to the liberal world in her adult life in the future.

@@marietaylor5174 Of course she will, eventually. Where would she go to college then ?? Unless she'll chose to study in the University of the Philippines in which credentials can be acceptable to the UK. But either way, they are going back to the UK at some point in their lives down the road when there come a time when they would be longing to live close to their kins in the UK, right now while they are young and full of dreams, they could afford emotionally to be living away from their families, and while Sasha's father is in the Philippines, distance seems to be not a problem that much. But time will come that they will decide to live permanenty in the UK. As adult as they are, even them would be shock to find that "bathroom for all genders" situation would be norm in the UK or the entire world , except the Philippines. Eventhough the UK is a 'sectarian" country, ( Denmark, Iceland, being the other European countries that are sectarian) being the ruling Monarchy as the head of the Anglican Church, but its policies are vey secular.
