This will sound weird but I find that when I'm stressed throughout the day I have a habit of rotating my hips in bed. If I could dance with a group like this. Think it would genuinely be expressionistic stress relief since I seem to build up tension in that area of my body. I can see where they're coming from.

For those who complain about the principal, just be in her position and see how much crap she has to take from everyone. The fact she has to take it from kids and their parents isn't someone anyone can do with ease. And from the fact she had had these complaints from parents before, she doesn't want to go through it every time.

And those minors are just showing what they are exposed to when they are not in school through their dancing and that is what they become hip to which becomes what they do which ultimately winds up spilling over into the school but the only time that anyone says anything about it is when it spills over into the school .

Normally school talent show acts are overseen by a faculty member but apparently not at this school. It’s like she let them choose the dance on their own and came down to see it for approval. Had it been run by a faculty member the whole shaking the ass and grinding would of made it.

If I were dancing. Because of my ADHD medication Adderall 30 MG. ER I would've been losing weight. I've already lost weight. It's taken once daily in the morning with my Zoloft 100 mg. at my house.

I was on Vyvanse and absolutely loved it when I was in high school. It really helped me get my work done. Is the Zoloft for depression or anxiety or something? When I was on Zoloft I had horrible side effects. I really don't recommend anti-depresannts especially for young kids. You should try jogging while you're on your Adderall. It helps get the drug out of your system faster, it makes you feel better and most important of all it makes you hungry. I used to run all the time when I was on Vyvanse it's extremely relaxing. Just a recommendation I hope it helped!

Dirty dancing, one of the most popular movies of all time....just saying Grown ups and teens will never be on the same page about this, I guarantee that principal danced in ways her parents thought was provocative and her parents did the same to there parents, it's a generational thing, I don't believe minors should be doing that in front of a crowd of grown ups that I'm sure would include some old perverts, but I can get both sides of the argument

I don't even understand how this horrible excuse of a show was even allowed to be made? I've been working in the media industry for the past 6 years and this ENTIRE show in my opinion, is a slap in the face to the entire broadcasting/media industry and a huge middle finger to everything I know about Television Production... Hopefully producers can come up with better ideas than a "principal's office show"...seriously, they really do, and this entire show needs to be put aside.
