No, it was just that he copied off test B when he was actually assigned test A. It is used as a method to detect copying off other students, kind of like how Super Meat Boy used a bandage-girl animation (20 frames) to detect splicing. Basically, its like this, they give you an answer sheet on a separate paper, and basically, if they find out while grading that the answer sheet has some of Test A's problems correct and some of Test B's problems correct, then that's obviously a copied-off test, which meant that the only way the student could've gotten those answers was to copy-off the student in front of him.

Were you trying to say that what constitutes normal Internet history is subjective? Or that my imagination took the comment too far? That doesn't "out" me, though, because my comment implied that I don't see the flirting that you have apparently seen, and I especially don't receive the impression that staff enjoy it. That was my intention, which was why I made the joke in the first place, because why would you interpret their interactions that way without a pre-conceived notion about such interactions in general? Unless I'm missing cues or something. Also, I'm not sure why I'm so invested in this small a matter, but I'm genuinely confused as to what you mean and it's bothering me lmao.

We asked the smart kids in class what they got and the next highest grade was a 78%. He usually had hard tests but apparently this one was impossible. We met with him after class and all he said was. “I can see you both studied! Well done gentlemen!”. Bewildered we left class with our Ill-gotten A’s.

Some of my high school teachers (particularly my math teachers) not only used this method but would sometimes warn us about it. I admired them using it since I could take tests feeling much more secure against cheaters.
