Hey man, thanks a lot. Appreciate it! Not sure if this is what you mean, but if you want to gain knowledge effectively, avoid learning too many things "just in case". Prioritize researching and learning what you think would be helpful at this moment. Something you can implement and make use of in your day to day life. Just an example: if you want to build muscle, read about macronutrients and create a meal plan. Also, think about a gym routine you could stick to. And then just do the thing because endless planning isn't gonna get you anywhere. Good luck!
