Nah it means they had a unrealistic deadline and they overworked their employees. Missing their deadlines isn't something studios or fans like.

Even though the cause may be "multipolar" in nature, that doesn't mean the solution has to Because if you only remove the perverse monetary incentives that lead to a moral hazzard, that alone is enough and KyoAni is proof of it, a better way already exists

But he kinda did. The anime get delayed to ensure their quality despite not having the time to do so. Rushed anime without delays have a huge dip in quality and end up looking bad. One big example I'll never forget is Märchen Mädchen, and even something like Hell's Paradise suffered due to not being delayed and had to do Blu Ray corrections.
