2:50 can confirm this. Happened to me on PS3 today when crashing into that cop on the jump. Must be the two cutscenes getting triggered at the same time, resulting in a crash.

@@bigsmoke5814 Also true. You paid all of that for not a lot of game. The main story can be completed in a couple of hours if you really tried. If they had said "The Run is a filler game while we work on the next instalment that is a full featured game" I don't think many would be as mad.

7:38 after changing your car hit the reset button. You teleport back to the last checkpoint (or start of the race) with your new car while maintaining your speed :)

I remember actually enjoying Need for Speed Hot Pursuit 2010, like for all the Burnout-style handling and arcadey powerups it had - the AI was actually pretty good and races were fun... but yeah, the only major thing I hated was those Game Moment cinematic cameras that put you on Autopilot... let me drive god damn it! It was extremely bad on hot pursuit events... like someone sneezes and the game takes a cinematic shot of that.

I haven't played the run in a while, but doesn't this game originally have something like most wanted with the crappy yellow hue to everything. I love this game, and one of my favorite race types is sprint races, and that's literally all this game is. It is one giant sprint race.

most likely the latter due to the fact nobody cares enough about the run to actually reverse porting these console exclusive DLC cars

The remaster is definitely less stable. I barely have problems with the original game (with 30fps cap). The mod makes it more unstable with SpecialK. Also, the game isn't as hard as it looks in this video. Once you get used to the physics and it's not too hard with heavier cars.

That requires like changing the source code of the game how the game mixes the sounds. The sounds itself are great but the mixing is the issue.

@@DatPenguin97 If you watch Tristan Beulah (the audio engineer of this game) in the video of showing in the bonus video of the sound making of NFS TR, he showed how the R34 Nissan GTR Spec-V sounds really natural with just the exhaust sound without all the add-ons. I think what ruins these sounds the most is the so called transmission sound which according to them adds ''hyperrealism'' and in fact they have been doing this since NFS MW 2005 when they introduced the M3 GTR to the game. In 60 fps the game had issue that the transmission sound broke so with the other sounds too, but at least it's fixed. And the strangest part is this game supports sounds that are 2048MB limit while NFS PS just 1024MB and because of that crap that added ''hyperrealism'' it just ruined them and that's why they sound compressed. Also this is the only Black Box NFS where the N gear is in the game but its function is disabled entirely so you can't rev from stand still like before. @@ileutur6863context is important, the reason why people like it now is because of the grip handling while using fb2, the unique music and some of the scenery design is lost in the current nfs games
