Its sad to see but we are getting close to a 100,000 thousand miles in Darla and man, this car has been nothing but a positive. All 10's across the board and I could not have been more happy with this car and I am so excited to see what comes next with this car.

Just found you Hunter, enjoyed your summary. I bought my '14 GT Mustang new in 2014. Love a lot of stuff about the gen 1 S197. Used to have an '06 GT Mustang before this and still love that retro body style, and the sound of the muffler deleted 3-value was rather sweet. I have Roush's on my '14 and it is very loud. Good luck, I like your mod's.

Great video brother! I got a 1998 Mustang GT (260K miles Daily Driver) and a 2004 Mustang GT (135K miles weekend). Always loved Mustangs! I've been looking forward to one day getting a S197...That's a dream car of mine...Great quote as well: God lays the road, you just have pave it! Keep up the Great work brother!

I had a 2013 5.0 for over 2 years as a daily. Purchased it with 135k miles and sold it with 162k miles. I never once had a problem. Oil changes every 4K and fuel was all she asked for. I miss that car sometimes, but I now have a boosted gen 2 and it’s a night and day difference. I will always prefer the looks of the 13/14 mustang but in terms of daily driver comfort, s550 is king, both modern and muscle combined perfectly

I have a 2013 GT automatic. Just rolled 60,000 miles. I put on the GT500 mufflers and better rims. I’ve never had an issue with the car other than the stereo going out, which I fixed with a KZfaq video. Great car. Plus, according to KBB it’s still worth $19,000. For a $29,000 car purchased 11 years ago!! I still haven’t pushed the accelerator to the floor yet for fear of death. I stepped on the gas in the rain once and I fishtailed towards a curb. Luckily I recovered before crashing but it sure woke me up. 😂

That’s awesome man!! You gotta be careful but remember that you can push the car around but in these cars it’s a pattern to learn to control it. It’s a lot more easier than it seems. These cars are animals and in my opinion they are amazing cars to have. It sounds like you have an amazing car brother‼️

My daily is a 14 Gt for the last 8 years. First 3 years the car was perfect. By the fourth year, my rear stock differential sprung a pinion seal leak. Ever since the diff leak, the diff has never been the same. The coyote motor is the best. But the drive train on the Gen 1 isn’t the best. Still have my baby with positraction and 3.73 gears.

Yes sir mine is tuned by Lund and it runs amazing. These cars are amazing platform. I do regular maintenance on mine and haven’t seen anything out of the ordinary. Just regular maintenance should be perfect for you brother. You have gotten yourself an amazing car

had my 2013 for almost 9 years, tune, airraid intake, 1.5 inch drop, strut bars, control arms, roush valance with exhaust, and with 175k mils. i see it going for 15 years on the road or more with normal oil changes and such and that i take it easy on it. keep that car bro, aint no more gas cars gonna be around in 10 years. make it classy.

6 months after i grabbed my 13 gt i lost control of it and sent it into a ditch full of rocks xD cost me $950 to clean up the scuffs of the rear bumper but left the damage on the rims because i wanted to replace the wheels anyway but i figured since my wheel money got dipped into to fix the bumper that i would wear the wheel damage as a reminder to easy up on the throttle so my car dosent jump gears on me xD

@@giovannycano8555 yessir you do but it’s so much easier than you think. There are plenty of KZfaq videos and the bumper is pre marked from factory for the cuts but you will want to make sure you get the gt500 quad tip diffuser for the bumper so it doesn’t look jagged

There is no replacement for displacement LOL.. I bet you can drive a manual now.. How you staled it so many times while saying you know how to drive one kinda blow's my mind but hey, it is what it is.. Just glad to see younger PPL learning to drive Manuals because most can't.. I was rev matching up and down shifting my mom's 4 banger manual back when i was 13 like it wasn't nothing, Then at 17 I had a 1976 F250 390 Big block with Headers and flowmasters with the granny gear I would have to start off in second.. First off BUD😂😂 05-09 isn’t even a gen 1 COYOTE. Gen 1 COYOTE are not the 4.6l IN THE 05-09. Gen 1 COYOTE are in 10-14 gen 2 COYOTE are 15-17 gen 3 COYOTE are from 18-23 gen 4 COYOTE are current.
