Thank you very much for these uploaded videos! I am over 35 years old, but I feel stronger than I did at 20! Working out has made my life better! For me, starting is always the hardest part, but once I begin, I always realize how glad I am that I managed to motivate myself, even if it's just for a short video! I always feel so much better after I've finished. I also try to give people a bit of motivation (on my Channel) to take that first, hardest step because they definitely won't regret it. Many blessings! :)

@@xwarny.4942 YES you can literally feel your legs getting stronger especially when you stand up. I do this with 3 other workouts and I lost 2 kilos ( probably just water lol) and I feel so much stronger playing football for example😮

It would be more effective, if sides were not alternating but doing first all exercises on the one side and after that on the other...

I dont prefer doing them all on one side. Hurts my hip, and then one leg is all exhausted and hurts even more to hokd myself up and then i just slack on the other side. I like the way she does it cause i can do my form better. Find a video to your liking.

Чрез дюжину па, музыкальных мгновений, раскрытий, сужений зрачков и сердец, тишайшей волной, как поток омовенный, она опустилась в мой скромный ларец. Вручилась в ладони, внимание взора, вселяясь в уютное ложе средь штор. Вдруг губы раскрылись, начась разговором, без лести и вздора, даруя простор. Прозрачноголосая, с чувственной сутью, с улыбчивым ликом, в наряде сетей, с доверчивым взором и голою грудью меня привлекает, склоняя к себе. А чтоб не поддаться соблазнам меж спутниц? Ведь сходное действие мне не впервой! Я много знавал безодежных искусниц и трогал загар или стан меловой. Мила, озорлива чуть-чуть, добровольна, чьим мыслям занятным и спелым дивлюсь. Умеренно страстна и так же фривольна. И вмиг я под власть молодую сдаюсь...
