Beautiful ~ the only thing I don’t like the restroom vanities look like mobile home.

I'm up in tallahassee and we are almost that close to each other in a little garden home community. I like that because I've been able to hear an elderly neighbor yelling when she fell and get her some help. An alarm went off and four sets of people ran to save the day for another neighbor! We take in each other's mails and pkgs, and keep an eye on each other without being nosey. It's nice to live in such a caring clean low crime area and house closeness helps with that. If I ever build, I'm going to have No front door tho. I hate people ringing my doorbell trying to sell me stuff. Our hood has signs but that does not stop them from bothering me. I'm grumpy and I like my naps. LOL.

Very nice CV. If we were going to go with a 2 bedroom CV this would be the model, but I want a home office/craft room plus spare bedroom so although a bigger price tag it will be 3 bedroom CV for us especially since we will be full timers. Wishing the couple the best with their new home.

We have Caribou Coffee in Duluth MN and Superior WI, several of them. I prefer them far more than Starbucks, but I have a machine that makes my specialty coffees at home. It’s just a small inexpensive machine that does what I need. Very nice villa. Thank you, Skip.

We had our floors done by Roberto, also. They are engineered wood plank and are beautiful. However, they are hard on your feet to walk on and show every drop of water that hits them.

I bought the same house few months ago couldn’t be happier made some upgrades of course btw no such thing gutter right away am on a four month wait ! House is perfect for just me and the occasional girlfriend

I thought the garage doors vents where considered a fire hazard. During a garage fire air would be sucked in through the vents and increase the intensity of the fire. Also thought insurance companies frown on these vents ….
