This video was excellent! I'd be interested in hearing more about what causes your mental state to change during a prep. Prior to this, I always just assumed it was constant hunger (lol), but from the way your wife and you talk about it, it sounds like there's much more that could be having an impact.

That’s awesome having an understanding wife, mine is very much the same with and agrees that eating out of the bowl or plate is easier throughout the day especially since I’m up to 7 meals a day now

i ALWAYS eat out of the same plate. When i prep I try and use the same pan for everything too!

I use the same dishes usually continuously, but I wash them after every use and keep them near the sink for easy access

Really good video, i believe it is not spoken enough if at all, yet is very important in any relationship to support each other., work, diets and exercising are great examples of how your psycology and or psyque could hormonally change because of the stress given at such moments., needs to be more spoken of and you guys did a great job at explaining how when you are dieting or prepping for shows your moods may swing, yet the support could be as easy as walking out or just understanding that it is a phase and process which will come to pass., thanks for the video guys 🙏
