Please Subscribe Give us a like, and comment. NOTE , I made these home fries for the next day . So I didnt brown them much I just cooked them. When you are ready to serve, cook them up again in a nonstick pan or same pan without a lid on med/ high for about 4 minutes flipping them making sure they dont burn. I hope you liked this Video. This is an amazing recipe and pretty quick so if your making it for breakfast make it in advance . You are free to add more salt or condiments to your liking. You can also place them in a baking pan add bacon and cheese then turn your oven on 350 degrees for about 15min. So great for entertaining. At any time. I love you so so much. My little Puerto Rican grandma just died at 93. Oh, this recipe is spot on! I recall her lovely home cooking and this was on her menu. Humble, simple and absolutely delicious! Thank you!

Just made these, I didn’t have the mojo sauce and achiote oil but improvised with canola oil and added minced garlic for the first step and the powder sazón Goya achiote with the condiments ... it came out perfect! Thank you!

Brother definitively you have Spanish heritage and deeply rooted P Rican culinary culture running through your veins. I made this recipe and only add paprika just to give it a little color to it. Mmmm, such a great taste. Thank you so much. I will check out your other recipes as well. Keep up with that Puerto Rican savor because is like no other.

Thank You Thank You My father was born in Puerto Rico and I was born USA main land. I have always loved and missed the Puerto Rican food but now I live in Arizona and what we have in the west from Texas to California is lots of what I call TexMex. Thank You so much for the cooking information that I have lost and missed and please have someone think of opening a restaurant in Sedona AZ. South Western people do not know what they are missing.

Thank you for sharing this recipe! I love home fries and would always go to Diners for breakfast just to eat them. Some Diners did not cook them the same, so I would be disappointed. A long time ago (before the internet), I tried making them at home a couple of times but I wasn't successful. Since viewing your video 3 months ago, I have made home fries 3 times. It tastes just the way I like them!! I can eat the whole pan by myself! I'm making another batch today. Bendiciones
