Maybe where you live! We still have some in Mo. One close to my house with the water wheels stored inside so if they want they can make it opperational very guickly everything else is checked once a yr. and repairs made if needed. A few yrs. ago they remade the water channle to the wheel and the pit that the wheel sits in and repaired the dam.

Its probably a 'spare' so that the mill could continue working when the main wheel was being repaired, so that milling could continue, and no money, or customers lost. Alternatively, they had two grinding wheels to do twice the work, simultaneously.

@@justotalkalottashit8392 Intelligently used, an electric breaker is superior to hand breaking, because it uses many small light percussions, instead of a few heavy ones. It can also be used in confined spaces, where hand bashing with a heavy hammer cannot. Its also easier to direct it at the joints, so the bricks remain intact.
