Found your channel from that tiny trash can video you put out for your towels. Loved hearing your story about the past thank you for sharing that journey about your family and being there when they needed you to. As far as something similar to this, taking a nice hot shower, but then opening your window in your bedroom when it’s not too cold out, turning lights off for bed, getting under a nice heavy blanket, and just being quite and still and relaxing. Helps me think through problems slower and more controlled.
