As someone who grappled with anxiety from a young age and tended to overreact to body sensations, I learned to ignore it and carry on. There is so much more than anxiety in the body when all the senses are taken into account, right now. Thank you for this reminder 😊

Loose your mind to come to your senses! Sensations are a return to being a child of God whereby we can only experience this moment as it arises- everything else is then irrelevant 😅
