@@wsbill14224 i know who he is. i've never questioned how great otto is, but the 2 questions i asked are fair. when you have more games to play, against more competition. it's a lot harder to win. hence it took brady more time. additionally, the players today are faster, stronger and bigger than those back then. it's much more competitive given the lucrative nature of the sport and as such attracts much more talent and competition.

He's the reason I love football, the Patriots and its going to be hard to watch football without him. This has been a sad few days but it hit me harder last year cause it happened out of no where and I appreciated the fact that he made the announcement and not someone else.

For a long time I didn't hate the guy I just hated how he and the Patriots dominated the league for so long. Someone would invite me to a superbowl party and I'm like "Nah, not watching anther SB with the Patriots". But then he came to MY Buccaneers and suddenly I view him in a different light and actually dig into his career and discover how phenomenal he was.

When he finally called it quits the other day that was when I stopped watching football. I followed him ever since he played for the University Of Michigan, through his days at New England right down to his last snap for Tampa. I am done with the NFL UNLESS he signs a one day contract with the Pats and retires a Patriot. I hope you dont stop the vids because they have been a tremendous tribute to Tom.

I saw Brady play many times, and also, when he came back to Gillette as a TBB. Everyone cheered for him when he came out for practice, but as soon as he came out at gametime, he got booed.

I am 73, a firstborn who was a girl who would never be an all-American like my. And a QB too. My Dad and I spent many many years from 1960 on watching a terrible PATRIOTS team, until TB12 came on the scene. After watching the Combine and then watching the Pats pick Brady, my Dad would just chuckle. He said " just look at the intensity in his eyes". We all were blessed to watch this guy, Thomas Edward Patrick Brady Jr. ( sorry, had to, I am half Irish and that is where TB gets his fire) play for 23 years! I, along with every Pats fan were crushed when TB12 left us. But even with The Buccaneers I wished him to win his 7th SB Ring with Buccaneers. I will definitely miss not seeing that specimen of a man and the genius of his games. Love him, I do, or hate him, he sure was fun to watch! My best to you Mr. Brady and thanks for the memories. They are sweet!

My take on Brady, and i have watched many great's from Stabler's, Manning's, to Bradshaw, Montana, Aikman, Bradshaw you can add to the list...The reason i believe he is the Person i would rank on top isn't his 10 Super Bowls 7 wins, Mvp"s passing yards, the list go's on... But It's his dedication to be the best he can be... No, you may not always come out on top, but you will never have to say you didn't give it everything you had to give....This leadership, support for team, coaches, owners bring's out the best in everyone around you.He wasn't born with a gift so to speak, he worked hard, he wasn't arrogant, he took the heat, from his critic's the league, and media..I never seen a bad interview from Brady......This guy gave us 20 plus years of 100% for this is the reason i would rank him as the Goat..

Another gem TBD. I believe "divine intervention" was involved in many of those Brady victories. I believe the soul of Thomas Edward Patrick Brady Jr. is very highly evolved and chose to physicalize this time around as the greatest player/person, inside and out, in sports history. Enjoyed the brief video showing Brady's 58th and final come from behind (4th Qtr/OT) victory Christmas night in AZ. What a thrill it was to be there! Adonai

My favorite memory of TB was when he went to Tampa Bay and his first year there, he takes them to the Super Bowl and they win. I must admit my 2nd favorite memory is that same year when the Bucs marched into Lambeau and knocked the packers out of the playoffs.

Tom was the guy who would not allow other people or circumstances to pull him down. Instead, he sought to lift everyone above their own expectations of themselves to levels they never knew they could achieve. I've seen Tom make average players into superstars when it mattered. Many a name will slip through the clutches of history but were paramount to the success of Tom Brady. Tom recognizes, just as he recognized, each and every one when the chips were on the table. I'll quote a phrase from the movie Troy that best suits Tom Brady with slight alteration. "If they ever tell my story, let them say I walked with giants. Men rise and fall like the winter wheat, but these names will never die. Let them say I lived in the time of Manning tamer of men. Let them say, I lived in the time of Brady."

I am so greatful that we took the Trip from Norway to Tampa last December. To see Tampa being outplayed by The Saints for 55 minutes. And then getting 5 minutes of Brady magic.. I can not describe the feeling i had after the Game.

Been a Pats fan watching every game since a kid (94ish). Went from Bledsoe, to Brady…. And now Mac… definitely got spoiled during that long 20 yr stretch with Brady. Was lucky enough to watch him play live in person MANY times. Sad to already know I will never experience a consistent stretch like that ever again. Going into the season feeling like there is a realistic chance of watching your team in the Super Bowl EVERY YEAR! Sad to see the end of a truly great Era.

I miss him as well. Long time Pats fan that got the honor of watching him play in Gillette Stadium. I will never forget when Bledsoe went down and Brady came in. From the second he started playing I absolutely knew he was better than Bledsoe. I hated how Bledsoe patted the ball and stood there like a statue looking for Ben Coats or whoever he may think will catch the ball. Brady immediately got everyone involved and he continued that throughout his entire career. I am 1 billion percent positive Brady has thrown touchdowns to more players than anyone in history. Different players not like both Mannings that had superstar receivers. Brady always did more with less. Moss and most recently Godwin and Evans and for a minimal time AB. But that was all the same season. Brady and Moss almost did the unthinkable. 19-0. Lost because of an in the grasp failure of the refs. They would have done that as well completing the perfect season. So yes, I miss him already and became a Bucs fan watching him and GRONK till the end.

Being from Houston, I was an Oilers fan for 20 years until they moved to TN. Not having a team for 5 years I became what I thought was a Patriots fan in '01 til Tom went to TB. Then I became what I thought was a Tampa Bay fan. BUT now that Tom's not there I realize that for the past 23 years I was just a Brady fan all along. I have one question for myself...what now? I'm lost. 😥

I don't have a favorite team. I have a couple I favor. With Dallas being the least favored! I've always had favorite players. Walter Payton being the first. I remember reading a article on Michigan football. I got interested thinking Henson might be another Steve Young. He had good moments, but what was the deal with the backup? He was a assasin and I was hooked.wasnt crazy about him going to patriots just to backup Bledsoe. Tom was the only constant in my life for25yrs. Except for 2007 he did it all with only a few names people would recognize, can't not mention gronk! Football is going to loose it's sparkle now I believe he's gone. I know he still has yrs left where he's just as good as anyone else. But that isn't our boy. I firmly believe that things had already tanked at home was the real reason he came back this yr. He knew bucs didn't have a winner. So I pray for my boy Tom Brady to have a happy and prosperous life to come! And bro stay away from those tiktok hoes!!!

Payton Manning was good but he is no Tom Brady. There is only one Tommy and will never be another Tommy. Tommy is the greatest of the greats. I miss him and preseason is just beginning. I don't think I can ever look at football the same way knowing that Tom will not be taking the field to play again. It saddened me.

Not only nationally but also internationally. Tom Brady has a high reputation there too. I was able to see him live at the 1st NFL game in Germany in Munich November 2022. It will always be remembered. I still get goosebumps 🇩🇪👍💯🙋♀️
