I think the break you had posting videos for a few months hurt you when you weren't posting people found other things to watch to keep people watching you really need to post weekly it's great you're posting regularly again the numbers could come back up

Stay consistent on your uploads try to do 2 per week see if you can get a camera man (maybe your girl can help with that) I think back when you had the F-250 and even the 350 you were living up to the name Danger! Hahaha people loved watching you because it was so extreme what you pulled off with what you had. Now that you got the F-450 and legitimate nice trailer its much more reliable which doesn’t make good content. I agree with you though about KZfaq. I did hear lately the thumbnail is so important nowadays even for big channels. Also get some Danger Industries decals made and some T shirts. We want some merch!

I still think back of how I first knew of your channel by btbrv. About the crazy hauls you do in you truck and what not. Then I grew to love just a normal guy doing what he likes testing these trucks managing his business, while also trying to make some content for the public. I agree with others comments no content for months probably hurt a bit. I know I checked a few times and saw nothing new. But hope you continue to put out new content and strive with your life!

I’ve been with you watching the videos since you had about 250 subscribers and yeah there’s been a few videos that you could’ve made better, but all in all most of them were really good. Keep it up

First of all love you videos and I am subscribed. I think one of the reasons KZfaq doesn't suggest your videos is because your subscriber engagement is very low (3 to 5%). KZfaq always first sends your video to subscribers and only then decides if it should suggest it to a larger audience. As for why it happening, I think is because inconsistency. In just last year alone you took 2 brakes 2 months each and 1 3 months break. People losing interest and moving to other channels and KZfaq suggest them that new content from other channels instead of yours. I think if you start posting consistently your KZfaq problems will go away eventually.

I would hold a glass up to the sky and see what color that liquid is. It sounds like You Tube is p'ing on you, not raining on you. I did a search for your channel over the winter, thinking I was not getting notifications (or i missed them) for your videos . But you did not have any new ones.

Maybe try for informational stuff. How you secure loads. How you price loads.

I got 3 or 4 suggestions. Upload daily or at least 3 full vids per week, with 2 shorts that can be stripped from the bigger vids. Make a website, reddit page, discord and repeat in videos an incentive to have viewers sign up to newsletter or buy merch/shifters. Promote your own videos on forums, reddit, Facebook, etc like on a Ford enthusiast forum, diesel forum, or hotshot forum linking your vids and saying hey check this out. Find an outline, a skeletal structure to follow in each vid... such as showing the Ford/diesel meme of the day at the beginning of end of each video, always mention a crazy current event or story relating to your work, trucks, Canada, etc. and talk more about the details of the loads in each vid: how you booked it, how you rate it on return vs. difficulty, how regularly you get that type of load or work with that customer, any tips u learned for booking/invoicing, software you use. You can even show screenshots, recordings of u on the phone with booker... U can interview other hotshot KZfaqrs over zoom or Skype and have interesting questions prepared. Lots u can do, but it's all work and it's each incremental, but each snowballs. Casey Neistat uploaded every day for a year before getting proper recognition. It's work

i would give the daily posts a pretty serious try. hit all those algorithm sweet spots and see what happens. not a youtuber, just from what i’ve seen from others and how they built momentum on this platform

Try making KZfaq shorts as trails for your standard videos. And then a short every day for a month it will turn it around

I just watched this video start to finish, went back to your page and clicked on it. It started me at 5:32, which i bet is what the throttled watch time was recorded as. Imo, It's just to pay you less because Googles stock has dropped almost 30% in the last 6 months. The corporation is tightening its belt before a recession.

I’ll admit I haven’t been regularly watching your videos like I use to. No offense at all and this is just a suggestion and the reason why I haven’t been watching you regularly Your Video titles are click bait imo. Like this video for instance THEY ARE SHUTTING ME DOWN nobody shut you down. Getting shut down would be getting banned/removed from KZfaq altogether. That’s not what’s happening. I was honestly expecting you to tell us that you lost your hauling business cuz Canada was shutting you down or something like that. I just get annoyed when I click on a video with a interesting title just to find out it was click bait. Turns me off to that content creator. I do wish you the best and Will definitely watch more of your videos in the future. Possibly my comment can help in someway as I’m sure I’m not alone in my thinking but mabey I am. Lol

I’d hate to say it but I think the whole awe of the hotshot industry phase is over. I remember a couple years ago everyone was trying to get into it now there is not much interest basically because fuel rates and all that. Many people search on KZfaq to watch what they enjoy and use some channels to live vicariously through the creator and when the audience shrinks we start to see less views.
