To be honest, if you watch the original Russian version, the the mailman's musical numbers lowkey slap and the singing and melody is actually decent. It's just the English dub that ruins them. Considering in the original, his voice sounds more like a regular but flirtatious guy instead of a creepy annoying one, I think this choice in the English dub fits how the animation portrays him more.

How I think the two movies line up. After Pinnochio a True Story, Pinnochio and Bella got married when they grew up. However, at some point in their life, Pinnochio starts getting crazy, doing some innapropriate sh!t or somethin. Bella catches on, divorces pinnochio and wants him arrested. However, Pinnochio runs away from the cops, changes his name, and moves to that kingdom. He then sees the princess and it's love at first sight. He then becomes a mailman in the kingdom to get close to the princess....

I keep rewatching this video and everytime it’s so funny? It’s too funny to be cringe at this point. Ya know, it’s so funny that I’m starting to like the villains voice and songs, it’s … creepy, uncomfortable yet hilarious and I just can’t. 😂❤ I’m hopefully not the only one here. And seems that this movie does have some good jokes too. And the princess’s singing is actually great :) But the uncomfortable “daddy” word does feel weird lol. Anyway… I might watch this. 🤔 Ya know, for some reason this voice kind of suits this villain 👀🤔 it’s weird but funny.

Idk this seems pretty nice honestly, that animation looks crisp, the character designs are okay like in the middle, hell the mail man is pretty cute and the story is mid but could be better. And of course Pauley Shore nails it! He is pretty much having fun with the voice acting. I give this a 7/10 it not really bad but they could always try to improve.
