Currently in month 5 of NC & I have no idea whether I'll ever hear from my ex gf again. All I wanted to say is that the Creative Healing Course has been a huge catalyst for healing since I enrolled 3 months ago. I've dug in and finished 62% of the material so far, and it's rearranged my brain in a way that it gives me a great amount of comfort when I'm doing the work, and where my day would seem wasted unless some of that work had gotten done. The pain of not having that person hasn't gone away, but like Craig and Victoria talk about often in the videos, no matter how everything ends up playing out I've gotten myself to a place where I'm more healed and I can feel myself evolving into the version of myself that will be ready for a healthy love whether that next person is her or someone new.

And just because they are thinking of you, doesn't mean they will want to get back together.

I will say I got my ex back after 3 months and no contact and she told me she thought about me every single day

I am secure , he is DA.He discarded / ghosted me after 5 years relation. It has been 2 months now. I did not try to reach out to him . I see him checking my social medias. Surprisingly my heart is not broken although i really loves him. I feel relieved because i dont need to walk on eggs anymore or witness dramas i dont even understand why they are happening. Again i love him but i love myself more.I dont want him back unless he is or has worked toward a more secure attachment. Its a waste of feelings, energies and time to try to build with DA because they are unconsciously committed to burn down what you are building together. She came back after blocking me on everything. I was watching something on Insta and I seen her calling. She thought I wouldn’t want her back and that she couldn’t stop thinking of me. I had accepted that she was prob not coming back. She said everything that is said about avoidants in these videos. Literally everything from the relief at first to the not being able to not speak to me again. To the unblocking/reblocking checking on you 50 times, all the way to the anxiousness of losing you to someone else. We had a real strong bond tho, so it’ll prob take a bit longer if you didn’t share a super strong bond. We’re better than ever, keep your heads up and stay focused 🙏🏾

My avoidant ex girlfriend was very cold during the breakup stating that she could not give me what I need. I realized several red flags while doing the knowledge workbooks. They are amazing. I am probably will never hear from her again as she has blocked me on all social media platforms and probably her phone as well. As I am in no contact with her I am working on myself, learning growing and trying to be a better person.

I thought I met someone who cares about me like I care about them. I guess he was anxious at first and then when I returned the feelings he was avoidant. I couldn’t take it anymore when he started to breadcrumb me but still wanted to be there for me which was confusing. He doesn’t want to lose me but he doesn’t want to commit.

You never hear stories from women going back to men. It's always men going back to women. Men have limited options, women don't.

My avoidant ex always says he thought about me almost everyday for six months. But he never said it or pursued or tried for resolution. He would just text a “hi”. I won’t “see how it goes” with an avoidant, in my experience it doesn’t change unless they open to problems head on.

I'm praying the same thing happens to me. I miss her and the kids. My 6yo also misses them. Most of all, I pray she's in consistent therapy and she finds healing and self-love, with or without me.

I’m at 50 days right now, and I’m starting to believe that I can do this. Do I still want her? Yes, absolutely. Do I still hope she reaches out? Yes, absolutely. But do I obsess over it still? Not necessarily. I’ve started to notice that she is on my mind a little bit less. That isn’t to say I miss her any less, I still miss her tremendously, but I am starting to get myself back. Hi Craig. I have been watching your postings on YT. I have been put at ease in dealing with a rather toxic woman, who I had a relationship with for about 6 months. As I got to know her, I discovered that she had been physically abused in several previous relationships, as well as long term drug abuse. Thow into the mix her mother had cancer and has recently passed. It ended with a text mis understanding, and she dumped me at the drop of a hat! She was taking her mothers Valium and constantly drinking too. So we have both gone NC, and tbh I think I have dodged a bullet, although I miss her very much. I am staying strong, stoic, and true to myself, continuing with my selfdevelopment and positive future. Thanks for you encouragement.

Hey guys, I'm commenting this in the hopes of getting some feedback or just to help anyone else out there. I just went through a bad breakup that lasted 6 years. We were also engaged. Anywho, it was bad enough that the police were involved (no charges were pressed), but even after all that, my ex still said she loves me and that if I change, then we can be together. That the ball was in my court. So, within the last month we went no contact, I had signed up to go back to school, got back into the gym, and now are even taking singing lessons and really trying to reflect and go on a self growth journey. I still miss her very intensely, but what has really helped me process the break up was really learning how to love myself and to forgive my mistakes. It's a long journey. I don't expect to see her again for a few years, but that just means I have those years to really chisel myself into the person that I was always meant to be. Best of luck to anyone who's trying to do the same. You're not alone and you can do this!

I was dumped a week and a half ago. She reached out to me seeming like she was trying to connect….by asking me if I wanted my computer charger…I was cordial and she had some dialogue with it….along with that..she viewed my Instagram story even though she no longer follows me. I have a question. When you walk away from a woman (who you dated a long time) after she broke up with you, why you should tell her "let me know if you change your mind" before you go no contact? I understand it leaves the door open, but does it tell her that you are waiting for her and she doesn't have to worry losing you? Please help me. My guy is coming out of a bad divorce where he experienced rejection from his wife. He declared that he doesn't want another woman in his life until he met me. He said that I changed his perspective completely and he and everyone in his life have noticed a positive change in his life and attitude since meeting me. I made a huge mistake of drinking too much in his presence due to feeling nervous about making a mistake or not living up to his expectations of me. He was angry and disappointed. But after my apologies and my changing my behaviour he said everything is fine. But he is still very distant and cold. My boyfriend broke up with me about 14 day's ago. He hasn't removed me as " in a relationship with you in Facebook " and in Facebook amd instagram our pictures together have not been removed. Nor has he removed me from his social media. I have applied the no contact since day one. Broke the no contact rule day 12 wanting to see if we could talk any time soon. That as much as he loves me and as much as it hurts it's the best not to and that he is also not going to change his mind, to just take time to heal as we both need it.
