I had a father figure who taught me how to work on a car, carpentry, landscape and dress like a man. I had a mother taught me how to cook, clean, iron my clothes keep my home clean. All this is still practiced to this day at the age of 57. I have an education and a good career thanks to people in my life.

I'm a 27 year old man, and I can honestly say that when I was in my early 20's and single, I used to do every damn thing that was said in this video. My dad was in the military, soft spoken but tough, he's a correctional officer now. The first time I realized taking care of yourself was actually a manly thing to do is when I saw him get a manicure and pedicure. He get's them regularly with his wife. He shines his shoes everyday, irons his clothes everyday. He takes care of himself, and this is a man.

This video won't be acknowledged by the critics & detractors but there's a community of men who listened and benefited from the short 2 hours worth of game that this man decided to share. This, and many other videos were created when no one cared and he was holding us, as men, completely accountable.
