Ingredients:
250 g butter (1 cup or 2 sticks)
250 g powdered sugar (2 cups)
1 vanilla pod, pulp scraped out
4 eggs
300 g all-purpose flour (2 1/3 cups)
2 teaspoons baking powder
pinch of salt
75 ml milk (1/3 cup)
Food coloring of your choice
For the casting:
250 g powdered sugar (2 cups)
5-6 tablespoons of water
Colorful sprinkles
Baking instructions:
Preheat oven to 160°C (320°F), fan oven.
Bake cake for 25 minutes.
Use a baking pan measuring 30 cm x 22 cm (approx. 12 x 9 inches).
