The plaintiff is one of the most disrespectful and delusional persons I have ever seen on any of these court shows. What I think is happening to her account is that the 3rd party collector is freezing her account. She admitted that she has not satisfied the debt. It will continue to be in collections until she makes an effort to pay. Most debts have a statue of limitations. What the plaintiff doesn't realize is that each time she acknowledges the debt, the clock starts over again. Legally the collection agency can continue to pursue the debt. The defendant may not be aware that the collection agency is cheating him or sold the debt to another agency who now owns the debt.
