This video was taken over 3 days of exterior building. The concrete piers using river water carried by hand, the base framing and subfloor were all completed last summer. The upper structure is just under 400 sq ft and was sourced from:

Note: the foundation through subfloor is not included and entirely up to you. We do have a bathroom annex (visible off to the left with angled floor) which will include a Nature's Head composting toilet and primitive shower (no plumbing). We chose a single story to avoid permitting which would be required for anything larger than what we chose, but you can have as many stories as you want.
