I always hate when all the mc's ask kpop girl groups is how much they weigh. Did they gain weight? How much motivated are they to lose weight? Or what diet are they on. That's one of the things I hate bout the kpop industry.

This is one of the reason why BTS never attended any variety shows anymore and create their own show. The fact that they were rookies back then and couldn't do anything, I feel so sad and frustrated to those oh-so-called “celebrities”. The only variety show I trust is Running man and Knowing bros. They treated their guess genuinely and I'm so happy about that.

I think idols have more pressure than actors There are many incidents when idols and actors did same thing but only idols get criticism , Maybe actors know this fact and act rude with them but this thing is not right .

If anyone only know how pure and kind-hearted Seohyun is, they would also be hurt for her. This girl has been very respectful to her unnies from Day 1 until now. She treats her juniors well. Never been a part of any scandals. The SM staffs even voted her as the kindest SM idols off-camera. So SONEs are really hurt when we found out the truth only after several years. She's crying in the set almost everyday, and she went hiatus because of his crappy treatment, yet you never heard her speak ill of him. She just suffered quietly, and if the truth did not come out, he wouldn't even say sorry. No one has the right to mistreat other people just because one is in a shitty relationship. There is no excuse for that.

That boy indicated that he was instructed by the producers to go act “extra bossy”. The producers thought it'd be funnier and more interesting when a young kid tells them what to do.

Kim Jung-Hyun was definitely wrong and I feel very sorry for Seohyun. She had to endure it and still kept being professional all this time. But many other actors and celebrities are doing the same things and worse and probably never get exposed and have an image of being 'nice' whatsoever. People are always 'shocked' when things like this come out even tho it's obvious how idols and (female) actresses are treated but everyone ignores stuff until something big happens. I just want to note that the actor was treated for mental health problems at that time and went on to receive treatment after the filming. And it is pretty uncommon for people to get help and treatment like he did, but he is always in the thumbnail for each and every video about this topic. If people really care about their idols or favorite actresses and actors they should start to change their way of supporting and speaking out about the general situation. I get that this seems like I am defending his behavior but I'm not. He shouldn't have done that and he was wrong and that's a fact. He was absolutely unprofessional and made her feel uncomfortable and really bad, which is an absolute NO-GO. I mean the general way of talking about this topic. The 'hierarchy' in the entertainment industry in Korea is real and it's shown on many occasions but the only thing people really seem to talk about is Seohyun as if it was an individual case that never happened before.

how about during korean actors award shows when idols perform so hard and they show no react, no claps or anything. the viewers criticized the actors harsh which is why now the actors atleast clap or smile when watching the stages

Honestly there are a lot more cases. As a moomoo I can mention some about mamamoo. As juniors from a small company they fought a lot to get where they are now. They always got rude statements feom the MCs as : we thought you were a group of old women or mentioning that they don't have a visual or them not following the beauty standards. Hwasa always got discriminated because of her skin color and so much more happened. As a group they are still mistreated till today by famous music festivals and award shows since they come from a small company that isn't ready to pay much. A senior respected group like them gets half performance time of a rookie newly debut group??? And the list goes on.

I am thankful to Jackson for stepping up and making irene feel safe ❤
