FYI someone a few weeks ago asked me to look into a local pharmacy Westmoreland where I am located. I DID look into this and they also add in B12 to their compounds and told me there is no way for them to make it without this because of the sterility testing they pay for is by the batch of 250 vials and they would have to pay for a whole new batch wo the B vitamins. I forgot to give that update today! I did receive an emerge compound in that is being stored in my fridge. It has a 1 year expiration date on it. Zepbound has become harder and harder to locate even at the 2.5 mg dose where I live. My normal go to places have people standing every single day waiting to buy whatever they receive in their shipment that day 😆🫣🤣 If you all watch the South Park episode I mention in this video tell me your thoughts below! What was funny - what did you disagree with or dislike? i am not normally a South Park watcher but I had to watch this one bc it is 100% what we are dealing with today. Craziness! Hey everyone! I was able to obtain zepbound 5mg with no problem. The prescription was sent on 05/29/2024 and it was ready for pick up at CVS today 06/03/2024! It looks like the shortage getting better! I am in Florida. I am also on weight watchers. So I highly suggest asking WW to send the 5mg prescription😌

I love your donut shirt. I used a canister for travel. It worked fine. I just take my prescription off the box and take with me.

Also I told my husband... I can throw a cooler pack into my brumate and this would be the same thing as that 1st system I showed LOL

Thank you thank you for this! I was the person that mentioned I hadn’t made the jump and do travel for work and for pleasure internationally. I would like the temperature displayed case. I also wonder how the temperature would be if you stuck the case in the refrigerator. Those small hotel fridge’s temperature are not well controlled as there is just a dial in some cases. Also, I did make the jump, used your discount and my Emerge compound will be delivered TODAY from Hallandale. This pharmacy is the one that ships to my location, so no need to “request” this specific pharmacy. I do have an international trip planned in the fall so will definitely do some investing as to my options.

I do know you can print your script from Emerge I think they texted me mine and I may also have it in an email. You could also ask them to write you a medical letter for this as well. I 100% would get those silicone sleeves I showed in the video to help protect the glass! The silicone sleeve would also likely be a great barrier between any cold packs! You should also get some paperwork from Hallandale you could fold up and take as well with your name and address etc showing what the vial is. And it too comes in a smaller box for the vial. I would potentially leave the vial in the box. Make sure you do as CDC and TSA recommend and contact the embassy of anywhere you are traveling to ensure you have everything needed as far as documentation etc! Let me know how it goes too! I'm going to Paris later this year and will have to do the same. I went ahead and ordered via Emerge myself from Hallandale to store the compound in my fridge for "back up". I have not used it just yet... bc I still have zepbound on hand. But it is becoming harder and harder to locate even the 2.5 mg at my location. Ppl are legit showing up to Costco everyday at 230 when they get their shipment and buying what they have instead of standing orders being filled 😑🙄 and Amazon, for my location is also showing OUT. Which those have always been my 2 that I could find it. my local pharmacies like CVS/Kroger/Walgreens never have it when I am in. It's getting harder and harder.

@@user-vj3qq8kb2b If you haven't watched my 1st few weeks you may want to just so you know what to expect and what to do. i.e. drink lots of water, likely get a Magnesium supplement etc. Make sure sure sure you're at minimum walking to try and aid in not losing muscle. You will be able to tell right away (or I could) what kinds of foods or drinks may make you nauseated. And try and eat well before 3+ hrs before you lay down for bed. With everything sitting in your stomach longer, some people are reporting out reflux that have never had it before. I know I am not good with vials and needles - I had tagged a device that holds everything in place for you. You may want to look into it. I cannot wait to hear how it goes!

Honestly it sounds easier to just travel at room temp. I would still use the travel case.

that's what I told my husband. I said - well, I can TRY and see if I can keep it below 41 degrees on this flight, to place in fridge when we get there. But I have doubts it would especially the time we are going to be traveling and then the cold pack being opened in TSA etc 😑 I think it would be a hassle to try with the cold packs and then just be frustrated when it doesn't work.

Traveled to Europe and Asia this year and safely traveled with no issues. Did take my prescription with me and put it in the travel insulated container. I used the Frio cooling sleeve and put that in an insulated carrier. Got this idea from a diabetes KZfaqr it worked great. I kept reusing the cooler every couple of days, even in places that did not have a refrigerator.

No worries I travel with my bed 😅 I can use it up within the 21 days. Only stay usually a week anywhere. Can't keep it in my camper refrigerator that's a huge no no my refrigerator would either freeze it or get too warm.

@Valley_Gal I told my husband I felt like the brumate I have with cooler packs or ice would work the same as the first systems I was showing. my main concerns are the liquid partially or totally freezing at any point bc then they should not be used

@deniseshorten9443 that's what I told my husband - almost ever small fridge /mini fridge we have has in rooms when we use them freezes ok the back and doesn't stay at refrigerator Temps but more like freezers haha

Great vlog this morning. I've seen various folks, including content creators, commenter's on YT, Reddit etc., titrating up monthly/rapidly. Monthly titration is Only indicated for MJ (type 2 diabetics- as necessary). I believe even some medical professionals don't understand that although MJ and Zep are the same medicine, the indications and dosing recommendations are indeed different! You, and your content, are light years ahead ❤ *Will you so a live about titrating schedule differences between MJ and Zep? Have a blessed day!

Yes I sure can can cover this in a future week. I originally showed the clinical trials and how those patients were titrated up...which they were all different FYI to see the different results at the end of the trial. I agree mounjaro I feel would be easier as a physician to dictate bc you're trying to control certain blood markers for diabetes however for zepbound and weightloss you're reliant on how a patient is telling you they feel or what they want and often ppl aren't listening to their own body but what "other people are doing" bc they want to lose faster which IMO is not the best way to go about this

I have to asked , was it the wolf lodge in Manteca,ca ? I live about 5 mins from the lodge and i never had the desire to want to swim in a indoor pool, not even and outdoor pool, sorry you had to through that, I hope its curable
