i’m 13 years old and i’m currently taking prednisone to help my crohn’s disease. it’s really hard to not think about what i looked like a month prior because i was so much skinnier. this video really helped me thank you !!

I was on 60 for a while and I didn’t even look the same. Now I’m on 17.5 and looking a little more like myself. Anyone who is or has taken this drug knows how frustrating it can be. Doing my best to stay positive and this video helped.

i’m a 13 year old girl currently taking prednisone i’m 7 months out of a bone marrow transplant and currently have GVHD i’ve been on prednisone for 2 months now but i’m finally starting to come off of it my moon face is 100% my biggest insecurity right now and my stomach. my family is really supportive with reminding me that this isn’t what i actually look like and i will go back to what i really look like❤️ if your on prednisone right now struggling just know your absolutely stunning and no one has ever looked better with a steroid moon face❤️

Dealing with moon face is definitely not fun, but I'm 11 months post transplant and I can tell it has decreased significantly. You definitely have to have patience. Thanks for the tips 😊 im going to give that detox juice a try

Thank you for this! I’ve been on prednisone for a week and I have gained so much weight so fast so I’m glad to know that it’s most likely because of the medication! I’ll try juicing now and exercising when I get feeling better... thanks for your advice and I hope you stay healthy ❤️

Hi, great vid. I just went down to 5 mg dose (going to do for 2 weeks, then 2.5mg for 2 weeks) i have gained quite a bit of weight during the last 3 months of taking it. I was wondering when I can expect to begin to go back to my original weight/lose weight?? Thanks

I have been indulging in the candy since it's Halloween! But now the weather is changing and none of my fall clothes fit. I'm up 30 pounds thanks to prednisone and dexamethasone (cause all the steroids will do this 😒). Thanks for the tips! I notice my ankles aren't as swollen if I take a potassium supplement, but I haven't noticed it anywhere else. It is important to balance sodium/potassium/and water. I also needed magnesium. It's important to make sure all your minerals are in balance. Cheers!
