I met Tom back in 2000. I was fortunate to have him as a teacher. At the core of all the things I learned from him and that I owe him so much to this day, are values and principles. Thank you Tom. I miss that class room.

Defining terms is such a good idea. I really like that their big word is "important" and not "emergency" or something that is emotionally intense, because words define our reality and we should be very careful about the words we choose to use

Being able to show a person you are spending quality time with them and good communication skills are so important if a person wants to become successful, and these skills are self taught over time. Giving a person 100% and making them feel important are great ways to maintain a quality and happy relationship. Thank you for sharing this, and we can tell that Tom not only has success in business but he also has success in his relationships.

NEVER undertake projects without the support of your significant other. Maximum energy will be needed in your pursuit. If your partner never supports your endeavor, then find out why and adjust .... it's too important not to!

@@hendraprasetya2999 "You cannot build successful business aka become successful enterpeneur WHILE in relathionship/marriage" But you can. I know plenty of people that have started businesses whilst in relationships. There are plenty of benefits of having a partner in the start up phase from financial stability to providing emotional support. Though of course it depends on the type of business. Some businesses can be started from home, others require extensive amounts of travel. So these factors can affect the relationship. I think its a crude over simplification to suggest that its impossible. You can be a successful entrepenour and still have normal evenings, weekends etc Its a cliche to think that all other aspects of life (including health, friends, romance etc) must suffer to focus on business. So with respect i disagree.

@@hendraprasetya2999 I do t disagree that it's difficult and probably more difficult. I do have some experience in this area. I have started and ran several businesses one over 13years ago and another new one just a few months ago with several in-between with varying degrees of success. I never found being in a relationship a problem. I made it quite clear from the outset that I'm more busy than most people. My opinion is that life is short and if you meet a new people you may as well at least try to embark on a relationship. Before you know it you wake up in the morning single and old!
