Our must have caravan meal apart from the good ol fry up like you say it just has to be had. Anyway as I said our other go to meal is tins of chicken in white sauce with sweetcorn thrown in then served on a bed of savoury rice. So easy, so quick but really tasty.

My hints and tips for cooking in a motorhome is take the smoke alarm down before u start because it always goes off even when u don't burn any thing xxx love u 2 keep waffling xxxx

Slow cooked joint on the bbq!! Crack a beer when lighting the bbq and cook for 2 hours.... Rap the joint in foil and lid on bbq after about an hour or so , take foil off and lid off the bbq and start to caramise the joint, while slowly lubricating the throat!!
