Do you have a video on why you dislike MSG? It used to come from seaweed which seems pretty natural. Likely not so much anymore as most is fermented sugar by-products (beet sugar, molasses, etc). I’d like to level-up my msg knowledge.

‼️ please note that if you suffer from migraines (like I do) be very careful with fermented foods like sauerkraut and pickles they are high in tyramine and are known to trigger migraines. Just an FYI. Other than that thanks Bobby for the info and reminders! I’m a Bone broth and tea fan & will be buying hibiscus now too! 🌺 🫖 😃

Wow thank you for this perfect timing video. I was researching foods for my mother to incorporate in her diet to boost her immune system and boomshakalaka Bobby said here ya go! Thank you so much for the tips and ideas for everyday. PS- if anyone hasn't tried Bobby's protein smoothies, they are fantastic! I have chocolate, vanilla, churro, pumpkin and all taste wonderful. Also, his turmeric tea is excellent. In my opinion it's a spicy tea but I love it. Triple threat and see ya later pills are great too. Ok, that's my 2 cents . Hello from Brooklyn, NY!

Man I feel sooooooo very sorry for you , recently their going to build a Costco's in my area but that will be about 4 months from now-feeling left out unless I go to Canada. But , what you said I feel even more sorry for you than myself. But Trader Joes and Aldi's are owned by the same company sooo a lot of what Trader joes has is in Aldi's itself-I told many shoppers that when I was in Traderjoes.

@samuraibushido7077 um... Aldi Nord owns Trader Joe's in the States, but the Aldi stores that you see in the States are run by Aldi Süd, which is separate from Trader Joe's. Two brothers who split back in the 80's and created two distinctly different companies. Like Adidas and Puma. You would never say they are the same company. Again, Two brothers who disagreed about the direction of their shoe company and split into two different, successful companies.

@@susanbrackett6408 Thank you , what I meant is you buy the same( or similar) product at cheaper stores sooo you save money to buy the products that you can only buy at Traderj oes. And that is the Big picture Idea unfortunately lost on you. Most of life is about getting your McGuyver on.-unfair but oh soooo true.

I make my own kefir everyday - so easy and highly recommend… so much easier than kombucha. Living in the country you can also get raw milk sometimes too. All the cattle around here are pasture raised all the time as well (no grain).
@sylkola457
@sylkola457 9 ай бұрын
Can you share how you make it?
@missinglink_eth
@missinglink_eth 9 ай бұрын
@@sylkola457 My reply disappeared. Take two! Step one, get kefir grains, which is like the scoby for kombutcha... the living bit that eats the sugars from the milk and ferments it. You can get some from a friend that makes kefir or buy them from amazon (just follow directions to bring them back to life). Next, get a mason jar, add milk and grains, and let sit out on the counter until it ferments. I wait until the curds and whey separate, and it's super tangy, about 24 hours. But the more you make it, the faster it happens. That's because the grains multiple and get bigger from day to day. BTW, every day when the kefir is done, you strain the grains from the thick kefir, add fresh milk to them, and start again. When you have a lot of grains saved up, split them in more jars to make more every day, give them to friends, or feed them to your chickens. You can flavor the kefir if you want (it is yummy plain if you like tangy things) with strawberries or green tea matcha or vanilla or whatever you want. Enjoy!!

I've been off of trulicity for 6 weeks now and I'm still having the side effects of diarrhea. I was taking this drug for type 2 diabetes. But now I am trying to change my diet to reverse the type 2 diabetes I'm trying to eat a lot of foods in fiber to counter the diarrhea and I did buy Kefir. I am Asian and also lactose intolerant so before I used to get the flavored kefir and didn't have any problems but 2 out of 3 times I have taken the kefir in the last 10 days, I still have terrible diarrhea. So even though it helps the gut, I think it does not help someone that is lactose intolerant!

Great video, but we can't get everything you can here in the U.K. but we can buy organic plastic free tea bags , if we have those in the U.K surely you have them in USA? We have most of what you showed, we have Kefir, i've just bought some for the first time, but we don't have from grass fed. We don't have grass fed anything, sadly. On the other hand we don't have G.M. soya, it's not such an issue here. But now that we've left the E.U. we might start getting it imported from the USA. But i'm not sure about that?
