Love love love these prediction videos!! It's okay that your initial prediction for Spring/Summer was off, I think the Western thing took a lot of us by surprise! I'm not much of a Western fan per say, but I will say you inspired me to get some Tabis, they may or may not be the originals (got them from Etsy and they look eerily similar to the originals and after I got them the seller closed shop 😅🤐) and I love them! I think I like Western stuff in moderation, like I don't like cowboy hats or Paisley or fringe but the fringe has to be certain way (I saved a pic on Pinterest for this Oscar De La Renta dress that's white with this colored fringe that's from the thigh down and it's gorgeous) and that Clint Eastwood pic with that poncho/shawl thrown off the shoulder is 🤌🏾💋! I like the preppy look but moderate, there's definitely some stuff I'll be purchasing! You're so funny I love your as an aside comments 😂 "say no to crack!" had me dying!! CG cowboy boots are my loafers. My parents are from Oklahoma. every year we would go see my grandparents and they would by us boots our Moccasins. I'm not a psychic either but I checked you on the western wear on that video because they been on trend since the 60's and dude ranches. Cowboy boots, ponchos, denim fabric and leathers are going nowhere because they are the base of our country and also have utilitarian purpose in our everyday life. I forgave you (teehee) when you reverse on the next video, so we cool. LOL! I love the whole embellishment of it all when it comes to garments. That is on reason I like thrifting because they use to be about all that back in the day and as their generation is dying off their stuff is being donated for charity. And by thrifting you give these items another life and also you also if lucky will find part of their history hidden in pockets or name on tags. I actually got a photo of the lady wearing the exact coat while in Paris holding hands with, I guess her boo. Mmmmm....probably won't be wearing what we consider short shorts (because I am 62 and in the mid-west) but not saying I would not be around the house in some old ones if they still fit. 😁 What I look forward to is consistent warm weather with sun because we getting yoyo back and forth temps dipping down to the low 20s to some days high 60s. I have not put my winter stuff up yet because of this. But fashion wise I am looking forward to seeing a little more softness and self-expression in what people put together in their styling looks, when I am out and about in the streets. I hope not to see the same thing being worn and styled the same way by influencers I subscribe to on KZfaq (except if they actually mention they were influenced by that person). I don't let the runway make decisions for me because they will have all of us looking alike.
