Having a MM300 in titanium would be sweet. That’s the main drawback of the original piece - the weight in stainless steel. Cheers for showing us Anders. Enjoy 😉

Homages aren't the problem, it's the GM dealers who collude with AD's to take all the desirable Timepieces.

I couldn't pull off this size so I went with the spb187. It's a up grade in every department from my skx. And new from an ad for £650 even better.

heimdallr is quality. i have their SEA GHOST and MONSTER and they come fully loaded with tools and straps etc

Yeah I’m loving my tactical frog version two 300 T Doxa homage with the NH35A movement it’s running -2 seconds a day, they have to be regulating them.

Couldn't care less about the sensibilities of the "watch community" There are some very decent watches coming out of China at the moment and things are going to improve over time. This is worrying for established brands because people start asking awkward questions, like how is the price of a premium watch justified. That's the real reason there are so many haters.

Exactly my point. By Comparison, SEIKO MM300 Costs $2500 USD yet HEIMDALLR TITANIUM 300M costs $250. So, Could SEIKO EXPLAIN to me why the huge difference? Is it the Cardboard box? I agree tho....a MM300 in TITANIUM is by far a Better and Superior option than the Stainless steel OEM from SEIKO that weighs like a thousand pounds

@@pokie6087 In all honesty, how many people do you see wearing analog watches today? Just about every one has transitioned to "Smart Watches" and the other half don't wear watches as Time Telling devices like cell phones are ubiquitous. The watch market will soon be a niche thing.

@@1malikalik I completely disagree. Look at the rap and hip hop stars and their iced out Pateks and Rolex. Hideous I know but these people are influencers and create demand among the young, just as celebrities do. Whenever you see a film star they will always be wearing analogue. Smart watches have been out for a long time but yet demand for mid to high tier analogue has never been higher. We also used to think that TV would kill live sports and home video would kill the cinema, but that never happened.

We all have our own line in the sand for homages. I've a Ploprof homage myself and fancy a Steinhart Steve McQueen explorer next. Wouldn't want a homage of a Seiko because they're cheap & still in production. Clearly the Chinese are very capable, just a shame they don't produce their own original designs. There Is nothing wrong with the bezel. It's a titanium watch,all titanium watches have funny, crunchy action . As well as the crown , get to know watches before reviewing them
