How do you back up your phone? I’m very illiterate . I was blind for several years so cell phones and computer’s are kinda new to me.

@@Doc1855 if you have an Android phone when you're setting up your phone it gives you an option to sync your phone to the email address you're using and when you do that you can choose what you want to allow it to back up and it will back everything up without you telling it too. Like I don't have my chat apps like WhatsApp or messenger backing up but I back up my messages. I hope that helps

Debit/credit card statements show nothing except an amount, time, and location. They don’t show what items were purchased. If she provided that as evidence, how would we know that those transactions were for the clothes that the guy threw out, and not for a coffee maker, or toys, or clothes that weren’t thrown away.

That doesn't necessarily mean she bought it for herself or it was even clothes she bought at those stores all it would show is the amount she paid for miscellaneous items

Nobody is forcing a liquor bottle up to her mouth before or during driving. If she wanted to change her habits, why would she move in with her man-friend who she knew had his fridge stocked with alcohol ..."beer" as she stated? Lastly, I don't have to "know" what she's going to do...but just like Judges say, *It's more likely than not that the person will re-offend when their background shows repetitive, negative behavior.*

I have often thought that before as well, she assumes most people are on plans I suppose, another area where these judges seem a bit disconnected. I also have no idea how cell plans work in the US, I just know in Canada, the price of plans is absolutely ludicrous! We are constantly told that the biggest factors are our terrain, and how spread out our population is, all I know is that I can't do split screen properly while watching PC!!😡

This is true but it's just too much of a coincidence for me that sooooo many ppl who come on these shows always seem to say the same thing: "I have a new phone and don't have those messages anymore." Most ppl nowadays have smart phones... even the poorest ppl have smart phones now.

But, I've changed phones I can't tell you how many times and STILL have most if not all, of my contacts, pics and all that WITHOUT having it always saved to the cloud. If it's saved on your phone, you can have the carrier transfer it onto the new phone 99% of the time.

So. Technology ignorance is bliss, eh?

I drank a pot of coffee every day for 15 years and mocked decaf drinkers.....) So I am getting fresh blueberries 🫐 and using up this mix.....

she’s not suing over something that was decades ago. most of the people in the courtroom on this show always have lost or broke their phone or had it stolen which is conveniently the only way they can access their “evidence”. not to mention, smartphones are incredibly popular & many will back up to the cloud. that’s not to say that everyone has that capability but there’s no way that the hundreds of people that claimed they couldn’t access old evidence actually couldn’t do so. the plantiff makes her own life harder by getting 4 DUIs, that’s completely on her.
