Oh my god! I can't believe you destroyed such a rusted out safety hazard of a bus that needed tens of thousands of dollars in work just to make it road worthy! The parts alone from that bus were worth at least a half million dollars to a bunch of bus enthusiasts who have no sense of reality and will waste a ton of your time asking about parts that they'll never buy. What a waste!

DOT would Red Flag the bus, cite the driver for multiple safety violations, and pull the bus off the road. Any safety stickers would be removed and the bus hauled off to the junkyard. It is possible the driver would lose his job as a bus driver. This bus is a rolling road menace.

A fitting end, most of the Eagle Entertainer Coaches have had their Steel tubing chassis structure dissolve from salt corrosion. We has 2 of these and both rotted away while the outside still shined like new, one bus had the tag axle fall out and the other had the steering gear assemble fall off, plus the bays fell out. Cost was too high to repair them. Nothing was lost in destroying this old coach. Nearly everyone switched to Prevost due to being built from stainless steel.

I crashed a car at around 35 and the front half crumpled beyond repair. The ditch I went in was pretty steep and I went in sideways so I'm lucky I didn't roll. I'm even luckier I didn't hit the power line pole about 10 feet behind of where the car finally stopped moving. Had I flew off the road a second later I'd be dead.
@peterbrown62243 жыл бұрын
@@mountindoktor There was another in Grafton two months before the Kempsey crash to which you refer, that killed about 20 when a semi hit a bus. I remember them well. I suppose that a coach chassis, because it's built onto a frame, just cannot be engineered to be a safe as a small monocoque car body. In that respect, it's similar to a train carriage and affords little protection.

Best thing I've watched in a long time! Drunk muddin, backhoe bashing, burnouts and a proper destruction!

That bus was a clapped out piece of crap, but I recently gained a huge appreciation for these 2 stroke detroits, and watching what you`ve done with this thing was painful, mostly because of the mechanical sympathy I felt for that engine with every clutch dump, every burnout and every time you pinned it at full throttle, even if it did sound and look glorious every time

People always rag on those old Detroit's but they're tough! Just horrible on fuel and didnt create the best power
