New amaze vx petrol Mt or Honda city v petrol mt ?. Is. Amaze good in diesel, monthly running 3000km.or +. Which should I buy. I think cost is equal in diesel and petrol engines as diesel engines are 1-1.5 lac expensive and their maintenance ???

Vanshuk Rock I haven't experience the Amaze 2018 personally but one thing I am sure is the seat comfort and space management is better in Amaze. Quality wise they both are identical I believe.

Suryateja GT Looks are subjective. To me Yaris looks a decade old design. And Yaris is also expensive , only base variant seems to be reasonably priced.

City has better looks, LED head lamp, more power , sunroof option etc. Yaris has 7 airbags, all wheel disc brakes etc in all variants. Also has tyre pressure monitoring system. Reliability and service would be always with TOYOTA brand, also it has the well same motor as Etios (boring though) Yaris tyres do need an upgrade from the puny 15 incher. Yaris lacka a sleek design like City and Verna, its more like roundish, like it or hate it like nissan sunny (IMHO). Looks from the rear, Verna is the class benchmark. Also the build quality is better in on the Hyundai's. I believe its all a package and none beats another as all the three brands have their spear heads and well set standards.

I love driving Honda City it is better value for money.But in long terms of long term ownership it is a tie between Honda and Toyota.If Toyota engine is known for its longevity Honda I vtec isn’t inferior and can be seen by thousands of civics those have million of kilometres clocked on their odos.

Honda city is established with legendary i-vtec . If you want fun to drive you have to compromise on comfort of suspension. The problem is that Yaris will have a fate like Etios with brand devaluation given to public vehicle and fleet owners. That way Honda is very strict on brand and do not promote to institutional and fleet owners sale and does not make it a dirty looks Ola Uber Car. I know INNOVA such a good car many of my friends and colleagues do not want to buy as brand devaluation being mostly driven by fleet owners.
