Hello. Drascus here. Training log number 189. I have been feeling depressed on and off for the past few weeks, maybe even months. I feel like the training I did today, the scenery that I did it in, was a break given to me by God.

3x10 plate-loaded grip machine
3x2x15 wrist curls
2x35 swings with bokken
2x15 strict swings with 18lb club
grain bucket grip training to failure
