Hello. Drascus here. Training log number 189. I have been feeling depressed on and off for the past few weeks, maybe even months. I feel like the training I did today, the scenery that I did it in, was a break given to me by God.
Please watch the video, or at least skip to the last set of overhead press, because I really want to share what I got to experience today.

FULL SESSION:
3x5 weighted dips
+77.5kg/170lbs
(187.5kg/412lb total weight)
3x3 OHP @ 100kg/220lbs
3x10 chin-ups
3x10 plate-loaded grip machine
3x2x15 wrist curls
2x35 swings with bokken
2x15 strict swings with 18lb club
grain bucket grip training to failure

It's always nice with some rain, i purposely go outside to train during the rain because of how happy it makes me feel. There's just something about it

Hey Boss, really nice job with the weighted dips. That's something you can really be proud of. The only thing I would slightly change is try and add a tiny pause at the bottom and try to keep all your reps exactly the same in terms of speed and range of motion. Honestly that is just nitpicking though. Great workout for someone who has taken some time off and isn't in the best head space. Keep moving forward.
